Home Inspection
Lou was very thorough in his evaluation, noting several minor areas of the home that should be addressed. He showed up on time, took about 3 hours to inspect the home, and then discussed what he found at the end of the inspection, showing me several pictures on his laptop. His report was e-mailed the next day as promised and he provided recommended solutions to the issues noted in his report. The problems were well documented in the written report with verbal explanations, pictures, and estimated repair costs. Very thorough.
