Prompt response, punctual arrival, polite and friendly, and EFFECTIVE! Also very generous---they left me with a bottle of their cleaner solution to use as needed, and with three elderly dogs, I'm sure as needed events will continue to increase!

I was very pleased with them. They were reliable and responsive in terms of when I called them they got back to me. They gave me their rate. They showed up on time. As I recall I don't know exactly what I pay for but they were very competitive in terms of what I wanted. They were very good. I would absolutely use them in the future.

Cort and Matt showed up right on time and were friendly, professional and courteous. They cleaned each sofa by hand and I could see the dirt coming off each piece of furniture as they worked. They also had their hands full because my sofas were covered in dog hair from 3 big dogs. They succeeded in making my sofas look like they had never seen a dog! My sofas all look terrific and have never looked so good! The cleaning solution they use smells clean with a very slight citrus scent. I plan on calling them now twice a year! I will certainly recommend to others! Thanks for doing such a great job!

Cort was very pleasant to deal with. He was respectful of my home and property, professional and very willing to fit me in his schedule at short notice. I would give him an A if it weren't for the quality of the cleaning.
I knew he used a natural citrus based cleaning solution, which was one of the main reasons I selected his company. I did not like the idea of chemicals filling up my house for days. I didn't know what to expect in terms of the cleaning process. They applied the cleaning solution to the sofa and cleaned it off with white rags. When they were done, the sofa was still wet and it was hard to tell how clean it was at that point. I did, however, see the rags that they had used, and they were dirty. I knew the sofa was definitely cleaner than before they had come.
When the sofa finished drying there were still soil marks on the upholstery. These were dirt spots from our dog that I am familiar with cleaning off our sofa. I expected that they would have been able to get them out. Here are pictures of the spots after Cort had cleaned the sofa. With just a little bit of water and a rag, I was able to get the spots out with a little elbow grease myself. I did not anticipate having to clean up spots after having my sofa cleaned. I've also attached a picture of my using a clean rag on a cushion that didn't have any visible spots, because I was curious how much dirt was left behind. These rags I used were brand new and all I used was water to scrub the cushions.
I really wanted to love CitruSolutions and use them in the future for other carpet and upholstery cleaning projects. Based solely on the finished product, I cannot recommend this company for upholstery cleaning. Perhaps their carpet cleaning, which may or may not be done by hand, will yield better results.

They did a wonderful job. The smell was great and I intend on using them in the future.

They were prompt, and professional and made our furniture and carpet
look almost brand new.  Their price was very reasonable for the work
performed and I would recommend them without hesitation. They confirmed our appointment and called to ask if they could come a little earlier than scheduled.  Cort explained the entire process before starting, did a great job and left a bottle of spot cleaner when finished. I  will use this locally owned business in the future for any upholstery or carpet cleaning needs.

This is the third time Cort has done our part of our house (we have hardwoods on first level) and we are super pleased every time he visits.  He is pleasant, professional and clearly enjoys what he does.  The product is excellent - orange is the only way to go, and carpets do stay cleaner longer than with soap-based cleaning services.  The house smells great and I think the service is well-priced.  I will never use another service.

Cort arrived on time and took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process, since his is different than most carpet cleaning methods.  We walked through the house and I showed him the problem areas, mainly random spots.  He reviewed the prior price quote, and since two of the bedrooms were small and we didn't move all the furniture, he priced them together as one room.  His pricing is set per room or area, so you know what you are paying from the beginning.  I was pleasantly surprised to save the cost of one room ($45), especially since his pricing is very reasonable to begin with. 



Cort was very professional, courteous and friendly and did an amazing and complete job of cleaning the carpets.  He took his time and didn't seem rushed at all.  The fresh citrus smell is very pleasing and the carpets dry quickly, in about two hours, since they are not soaked through with water.  He was able to get out all the spots, including pet stains, food spills and several of unknown origin and the carpets look new again.  I would highly recommend Citrusolution!

• PROS:
• - The place smelled great. I hate the chemical smell of most carpet cleaning services that lingers. I am due with our second child anytime now, and when we got home I was loving the citrus smell.
• - The price was great. Much less than other companies I have used in the past.
• - The owner was great with scheduling and the gentleman who did the actual job called prior to arrival as the owner had stated.
• - Low moisture= very quick drying time.

CONS:
- I think I may have expected a little too much as far as stain removal. However, the very dirty high traffic area of the master bedroom (where dog sleeps and hangs out) with carpet was looking as good as new.
- Even small furniture was not moved to clean carpet. Other companies moved even large furniture to clean the total carpet area, but even a rocking chair and nightstands were not moved to clean. I never asked, but it was never mentioned that we would have to move any furniture for cleaning. This was kind of a big point off for me. The next day I was moving furniture around the bedroom to allow for baby's bassinet and mini changing table, and was pretty disappointed that even small furniture was not moved to clean.

I have used Citrus Solutions many times over the last 4 years.  I have used several other companies over the years and never has anyone gotten my carpets so clean.  I have a dog, cat and small children and my carpets looked brand new after he was done.  Thank you Citrus Solutions!!

They were very professional and did a great job.  Arrived on time and left spot cleaner.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone.  The room did not have a chemial smell, it smelt like oranges.
