Capital City Power Washing

The services that I needed weren't covered under the Big Deal.

That was good. They did a good job and my only complaint was they did not return my furniture to where they started out. They did not place them back a table and some chairs, but everything else was good.

I would recommend them and use them again.

He arrived on time.  He took the time to walk around the house with me to identify any trouble spots.  He was very thorough spending more time on places that required it.  The house looked wonderful when he was finished.  Price was a bit higher than others, but he did a great job.

Power washed and weather proofed deck. Performed project on time and within estimate. Was not satisfied with results. Power washing resulted in rough and splintered railings. Weather proofing was not as comprehensive as expected.

It went very well. I used them within a few weeks of purchasing the deal and I wasn't charged anything extra. I would give them straight A's.

The powerwashing went great! I couldn't believe the difference it made. We just purchased a home that was not taken care of by the previous owner and bought this deal to have it pressure washed two days after we moved in. Siding was green and icky. After power washing the home looks brand new and I am really pleased with the great job they did. They even did the windows that I took the screens out of and it looks wonderful.

Great job. A bit of a delay between power washing and sealing but that was weather related.

The final product is great. Getting there was a bit of a challenge. The power washing was scheduled before anyone contacted me. Fortunately, I called them the day it was scheduled. So, the workers showing up was not a surprise. They did a great job getting the old stain off. It took at least a month before the new stain was applied. This was a combination of weather and getting CCPW back out to my house. I think they are just too busy because everyone I spoke to was nice. They just seemed to be too overwhelmed with customers to keep on top of communication.

Failed to show at appointed date and time.  Accomplished washing 2 days late.  Went to wrong address.  Had to call and reschedule, as they washed some neighbors house by mistake.
Quality job when it finally got done.

Still ongoing- did a great job power washing a heavily overlooked and under treated deck surface.  Has been raining so much that we've been unable to stain it, but they have been in constant contact and this will be completed next week!  Offered to re power wash given the time since last treatment

Separate crews did the initial power washing and then the staining. Both were quick and efficient.  Deck mostly looks good. Crew did not nail down one loose board, and the staining crew was not communicative about what they were doing. Staining crew just showed up with no advance notice.

Got everything scheduled, they were very professional and made sure to explain what I need to do before they came out to ensure no water entry into house, etc. I, unfortunately, had to reschedule last minute due to leak in roof and they were very understanding and made room for me the following week. The work was done while I was at work and when I returned I was very pleased with how clean both the house and deck looked. Almost like new again. I would definitely recommend.

The worker arrived on time.  He was prompt and polite.  The job was done to our satisfaction.

The job was initially scheduled on a day that required me to reschedule with a few days notice, and the company was flexible and happy to allow me to do so.  
On the rescheduled date, the crew had not yet arrived a few hours after I was told to expect them, and it wasn't until I called that I was notified that due to a flat tire on the trailer carrying the equipment, they were running late.  While this wasn't too much of an inconvenience to me, I do feel that I should have received a call from the company notifying me of the delay, hours before I made the call to them.  I wasn't able to be home when the crew would be arriving after the tire was repaired, so I had to again reschedule.  
On the third scheduled date, the two-man crew arrived and began setting up in the driveway of my neighbor's house, across the street.  After a few minutes of watching and wondering if they were the crew who were supposed to be power washing my house (there was no signage on the truck), I went outseide and asked them which company they worked for.  After a good laugh, the crew notified me that the address numbers were transposed on the ticket, and they thanked me for coming to them before they started actually power washing the house.  The guys were both friendly and thorough throughout the job, and answered any questions that I had about what they would be doing.

I  was extremely pleased with the job and was impressed with how courteous the fellow who did the workwas while dealing with me. He told me he would not leave until I expressed satisfaction.

I have  used Capital City Power washers for several years.  They always do an excellent job.  They are prompt and professional and never leave any mess.

If there was a score below F they would deserve it.

They powerwash our house, shed, decks, potting bench, deck furniture, yard chairs every couple years for us and do a wonderful job. This year they also did our roof.  We have always been extremely pleased with their price, their work, their timeliness, their professionalism. When you have outside work done, it isn't unusual to have to reschedule due to weather.  That is not the same as a no-show or being late.  If we had to reschedule, we did.  They have always been punctional.  I would highly recommend them.  And we will continue to use them whenever the need arises.

I was not satisfied with the results especially since I paid extra for gutter scrub.  I feel I paid a premium fee for professional workmanship but got amateur results.   I specially wanted some minor latex paint splatter removed from my porch steps and pointed it out to them. I could literally scrap it off with my finger nail so removing with a pressure washer should have been easy.  I ended up having to remove the paint splatter myself with a stiff brush and water hose after they finished.  I would not use them again.

Capital City Power Washing did a great job of cleaning the outside of our home and deck. They have a reasonable price. They were here on time. The workers were professional and courteous. I was pleased with the service. I would highly recommend them to others.
