Bicycles
Bunnyhop Bike Shop went way beyond anything that we expected. We had purchased this bicycle for our son who was going away to school and wanted a bicycle. Reviews online for these bicycles were good but we were advised to have the bicycle checked over because Costco was not particularly good at assembling them. We took it to Bunnyhop who advised us that they would take the bicycle apart and reassemble it basically conducting a basic tuning on the bicycle. They also test rode the bike to check their work.
The work was completed within hours of our dropping the bike. We thought the price was more than reasonable. The advised us on whom we could take the bike to for service in my son's new city.
In addition, they helped us with our bike rack which we had improperly mounted on our trunk and made sure that we knew how to secure the bicycle to the rack properly.
All in all, we were very pleased with the personal attention they provided to us novice bikers.
