The installer for our job was courteous, thorough, and extremely hard-working. The results reflected the bathroom's transformation we sought.

The experience was variable. The installation of the tub and enclosures was done professionally. There was quite a lot of misunderstanding about what Bath Planet would do and what was required of me - the original contract was not sufficiently itemized. The installation of other fixtures - vanities, sink, toilet paper holders and towel racks -was less than optimal. I would recommend Bath Planet for the tub and shower enclosures as an excellent middle-quality installation (it's not tile or stone), and would be less positive about the rest of it.

The bathtubs and surround look great. I'm very happy with those. There were some quality issues with the other work and lack of communication and unkept promises from the sales person. Also, I was assured during the sale process that customer satisfaction was the most important thing to this company but I was never asked once whether I was satisfied with the work performed. Overall the bathrooms look much better than they did to start with but I feel that they weren't done as well as I had hoped for considering the cost.

I am very happy with Bath Planet and the gentlemen who did the work was very helpful and very nice.

The installer was very professional and competent. The shower replacement was completed in two days and looks great. Consequently, we are very pleased with Bath Planet and would highly recommend them.

Dis a great job. Met schedule

Using Bath Planet was one of the best decisions I could have made. They did a great job putting in our new shower and it looks amazing, not to mention the product itself is fantastic. I am not sure how much a shower replacement generally costs, so I don't know how to rate pricing. Customer service received a 4.5 and that was only because it was hard getting a hold of folks when I called the office (left lots of voicemails and response times were slower than I would've liked), but their office did go out of their way to assist with my insurance claim and they did check on progress often.

The installer, Doug, was outstanding. He was in and out in two days and the finished product was perfect. He offered experienced advice about the placement of the grab bars, making me aware of vital safety and convenience issues. To my delight, the bathroom, the path area of the house and the outside work space he used were as clean and tidy when he left as when he arrived. The shower insert is rock solid, with no give like you get with home store pre-fabbed inserts. It was apparently custom-made for my shower area and to accommodate what I wanted.
