Richard was amazing to work with. He was prompt, professional, and efficient. He was extremely personable and I never had to worry or wonder what was going on. He kept me informed and met some tight deadlines we were under. I would recommend him to anyone for any services his company offers.

They could not have been easier to work with. Communications, workmanship, schedule adherence and price were all excellent.

Richard did an excellent install. Showed me how to check the health of the fan, and I can confirm the radon in our basement has dropped like a shot (we have testing unit). Price was fair, having gotten some quotes. Ran a pipe up two stories and around the roof's edge with a nice looking result. One quick note; shoe slippers were not used for the job, and some dirt/mud was tracked in on the carpet. Not a huge deal, but if I were going to give any advice for improvement, I'd say invest in those.

He made sure all of our questions were answered and made sure we knew he was available should we need any system adjustments. I would recommend RDV without any hesitations.

Reasonably priced, extremely cordial, and more importantly, showed up 5 minutes early.

I'm a realtor, very picky choosing vendors to support my clients. Asked them to provide an estimate for a North Arlington (Ballston) townhome, and they provided, without being prompted, 2 competitive estimates depending on which location we wanted to use while a second company didn't--and didn't even specify the location they wanted to use. For promptness, I e-mailed them on a Saturday morning at 7:20, and Rick called me 5 minutes later (yes, you read that correctly). The work was neat, well done, prompt and with a smile. Highly recommend this company.

Rick and his assistant Josh were very professional. Rick called ahead to let me know he would be about 30 to 45 minutes late. He was just 30 minutes late. Completed job in 2 1/2 hours, neat and clean. Explained how the system works. Clearly understands the business. We need more young entrepreneurs like these young men.
