Rick is the best! He's very professional and efficient. He will not charge you for extras you don't need. I wasn't sure if there was already a pre-installed pipe that vented outside when the house was built- so he quoted a price to include a pipe. When he arrived, he noticed that it did indeed have this pipe, so he charged me less. Because of this, he was able to install the fan to the existing pipe in the attic- which worked out great! He then connected the pipe to the sump then sealed it. I really value his honesty- since it seems that some of our neighbors had a separate exterior pipe installed even though we all had the same builder. Highly recommended!

Minor initial scheduling hiccups, but on the day of the work Mr. Vance was extremely professional and friendly. He helped us to find the best location for our radon remediation system and start-to-finish the whole install is so much higher quality than I expected. He did an incredible job and the improvement to our air quality is amazing. I am so impressed with the level of detail he put into every aspect. I would definitely recommend!

Richard was prompt, did good work, and installed a system that I have since confirmed has fixed not our issue (new tests have confirmed this). Additionally - the system is always on but is so quiet and installed so well (and run through parts of the house that are very low traffic) you wouldn’t even know it was there unless you were probably a professional contractor who knew to ask or look.

Richard is a person easy to work with. I chose Richard over another contractor because through the conversation about the locations to install the radon mitigation system and the system's effectiveness I found Richard seems more knowledgeable. The other contractor estimated to have a crew a whole day to finished the work. Richard had the work done by himself in about three hours. Richard also offered a better price for installing the radon mitigation system.

The individual called ahead as promised. He gave us a couple of options with respect to placement of the pipe. He was professional and worked steadily until the work was completed. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing radon mitigation service. We could have paid the bill on the day of the service. We were told that we could be billed which we agreed to. When I went to pay the invoice, it said that if the bill was not paid on the day of the service that we would not receive the $100.00 discount which had been offered to us in the beginning. I am going to pursue with the company but at this point, I do not recommend them.

Very quick response time. Very competently and efficiently performed the work.

Came it reviewed what he needed to do. Went right to work. Finished and reviewed how system worked, explained warranty and completed the transaction. Left site cleaned and returned attic closure. His fee was 40% cheaper than other quotes.

Rick completed an assessment and replaced my current radon fan with one that is more appropriate for the type of soil and gravel that is beneath my older home. He also identified gaps around the current radon mitigation pipe and sealed it properly. I highly recommend him.

Very professional service. I had to followup to actually receive my report and then request a call to walk through and understand the finding, so would have appreciated them being more proactive in that area.
