The team did a great job getting rid of mold from a water leak. They were always on-time, thorough and friendly. I highly recommend.

Other companies were unavailable on short notice during the weekend but Steve got back to me right away, set up an appointment, showed up on time, and gave a thorough and informative estimate of my situation using high tech diagnostic equipment. (The only reason I didn't hire Puroclean was that the plumbing company that caused damage to my home used their own contractors to mitigate the situation.) I would recommend him and/or use his company's services in the future!

Our experience was amazing! When are washer hose came out of the wall and flooded a significant portion of our downstairs, to say we were panicked was an understatement. I was panicking when we found a leak under the house. Called a plumber who fixed the leak and explained we needed professional help to fix the major damage to our floors. Steve Crane and a couple employees came by to check out the floor rot, beams, etc. They were so thorough I was shocked! I'd called another company as I wanted multiple quotes. The other company completely missed a MAJOR issue that would've been devastating to my family if not caught and taken care of asap. Not only do they know what they're talking about, are super thorough and explained/showed me everything in laymans terms...they also made me feel comfortable and completely confident in their work.
