This shop is the worst I have ever encountered. I brought my car in leaking coolant and was told it would be a 4 hr job. 4 days later I got my car back still leaking coolant and with a horrible noise. Took it back Monday and was told the water pump was bad and it was covered under warranty. Was told it would be ready done Tuesday which came and went. Wednesday I went up there and the car was parked a cross the street and apparently “ready to go” The car has the same exact noise that it had on Monday. Then Steve goes to say oh that’s not a water pump noise that’s something else. Although he told me the exact opposite on Monday. He even told me that the water pump was refurbished but then lord in my face that he didn’t say that. I’m convinced that the mechanics there have no idea what they are doing. If you value your property please take your vehicle elsewhere.

Business replaced spark plugs and spark plug wires without permission. My old spark plugs and wires were apparently faulty. Business mechanics and owners lied. Spark plugs and wires were tested by neighborhood Honda ASE mechanic and passed before arrival to business. Catalytic converter check never performed. Compression test was performed after having the car for two days. After paying the bill, I traveled to another place of business. In and out in 30 minutes without providing a detailed description of the problem, place of business wrote down compression readings. Told me the problem did not charge me anything for their diagnosis.

They were very good. They communicated well and kept me up to date on where they were on working on my car. They indeed met my expectation.
