The company's customer service is very disorganized. As a sub-contractor for Hughes Net, they were contracted to install satellites for our internet service. We originally scheduled our set up for last Wednesday. When they did not show up, we called to find out where they were. It turns out they go the date wrong and had put on the schedule this Wednesday. Originally we scheduled for after 4 so that my husband would not have to miss work. This morning we found out that they needed to come by around 2pm. Luckily, my husband was able to get some time off of work and headed home to meet the technician. He never showed up and no one from the company called. When my husband called them, they attempted to reschedule AGAIN! Apparently, they do not have an efficient scheduling system and had double-booked the same technician on multiple occasions. Later in the evening, the technician called him directly to set up a time to do the installation. Almost three weeks after we called to get our internet service set up, we are still waiting to see if it will happen. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences my husband and I have ever had.
