"We try to make our billing as easy as possible and enjoy working with our customers different needs in this area. Thank you {removed member name}, We enjoy working for such a great customer. Customers like you help keep our company moving ahead and looking for better ways to do business. Thank you again, Eric"
"I do not know why when this person called we didn't get his message but we are a family owned company (Husband, wife, sone and Brother - in - laws) and do the very best we can. If myself or one of our managers did not call him back it was either do to voicemail issues with our carrier or messages that we could not understand. We get many from potential customers that have a buzz in the background and our carrier informs us it is in their connection, not our line. Sorry [member name removed], the guys and I didn't ignore you on purpose. Thank you for trying. Eric"
"Never received the email but we do make mistakes. We are family owned and operated and try to reply to everyone. This particular time it looks as if I was out of town and maybe the email got lost. Also have had issues with our carrier putting customer emails in a spam folder. Sorry we didn't get to meet you. Eric"
"To the member, I am extremely sorry I did not live up to my employees promises of a job well done. When I brought the email to our managers’ attention he was shocked as much as me it seemed. I have several crews and I did not step foot on your job as we are in our busy season and a manager was assigned to your job. Once the problem was brought to my attention I contacted the employee in charge of your job and discussed in detail the problems outlined in your email. It is not my intention nor has it ever been to neglect a customer or anyone for that matter. I am sure on occasion when our work load is high and my employees and I can’t keep up, we can let things go unsaid or undone. We have been working 10-16 hours each and every day and are doing our very best to take care of all our customers. I apologize again for your inconvenience and for the fact that I could not do the work myself as is the case with many companies doing the amount of work that we do. Please be it known that no one lost their job while working for you or because of the project being done for you. We do not fire at will and believe managing our employee means training and working with them. Whoever told you that gave you false information. When I talked to you two days ago you did not mention that, but I could have assured you then that was not the case. To: The general public and other customers. The statement of hear-say about me firing someone is not true. Our company’s policy is a three strike approach. If anyone was fired since her job was completed it was not due to her situation at all. We fired no one for the work that was performed on her property and we only let people go if they do not show up for work on time or refuse to do things in a manner in which I built our company. I am a father of five with strong moral values and I hate to see this type of out lash by customers or employees but at the end of the day feel we are only human. Our company gives to the community many times per year in form of donation and scholarships and will continue to try to help others when we can. I wish the member nothing but the best in her life and wish her future projects much success. I am very thankful for the opportunity to work for such a nice couple and wish that this mood we put you in will not be seen by anyone else. Be Well"
