Description of Work: Our garage door opener had stopped working. Apparently a gear had stripped. Called Apple, scheduled an appointment for the week after Christmas. The serviceman arrived as scheduled, on time, confirmed the diagnosis, said he could repair the unit, which he recommended, rather than replacing it. He did so, and also generally serviced the assembly, oiling traks, tightening bolts, etc. We were most happy with the work, and would use the service again.

Description of Work: Garage door opener that was original to the house (15 years old) was replaced with a new one. I was given a quote over the phone, and the end price was exactly what I'd been quoted. An appt. was made within a 4 hour timeframe, and the service man was on time and worked efficiently. He was working in 100 plus degree temps, but was polite and professional. The new opener is quiet and works like a dream!
