They did what the promised. The installation went well, the clean up was good and the workers were courteous and incredibly hard working. I had estimates double what WT Anderson promised. I believe the quality and workmanship is second to none and without question, these folks made a promise and delivered without a bunch of empty wordsd and high pressure salesmanship. I highly recommend WT Anderson!

The crew of three was on time, courteous, and professional. They completed all three jobs perfectly! And, they did it all in under an hour! Reasonably priced for such quality work. I would highly recommend them!

The first thing I want to point out is that when you call this company, someone ALWAYS answers the phone.  Person who visited to give an estimate was friendly and professional on all levels.  We were impressed with the estimate and the professionalism of the company.  Work crew arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the job in two days.  They took care with every little detail such as light fittings, hanging new shutters for us, hanging the gutters back up.  The work crew was professional at all times, no foul language, no inappropriateness, friendly, and they left the property tip top and clean.  The house looks beautiful and we couldn't be happier.

No issues.  provider was on time for the work and completed it in one day as advertised.  team appeared to be well skilled and efficient.  Cleaned up after work was completed.  I required them to take extra care not to damage my one year old driveway and they did a great job following that direction.  this included not driving the heavy weight truck with crane onto my driveway.  thanks!

This was the last of the 3 quotes I got for a GAF roof with ridge vent. I had talked with two prevous companies about roof ventilation because I was concernced that my soffit vents had been covered up withsolid siding. From what I was reading online, adequate roof ventilation is necessary if a roof vent is installed. Company number one ignored my concerns. Company number 2 said a roof ridge wasn't possible and recommended 15 roof vents This was also most expensive of the bids I got. I don't like the look of these so asked for help from an architect in the family. He told me I could go with the ridge vent, but I definitely needed good soffit ventilation. After getting a quote from Anderson on the roof, I asked for an additional quote to remove the soffit and replace it with ventilated soffit. Because it would be difficult and expensive to tear out and replace the entire soffit, John (Jonathan) came up with an alternate solution - cut a 4 inch strip out of the existing soffit and apply ventilated soffit siding over the existing soffit. This was the plan I went with. The roof was in bad shape and had been repaired about 3 times in the last few years 17 boards had to be replaced. 3 or 4 were free, but I had to pay for the additional boards. Everything was done according to GAFs exacting standards. The crew was efficient and fast and finished the roof in one day. The soffit rework was completed the next day. While loading shingles onto the roof, a glass light cover fell off and had to be replaced. I bought a new one and John was very nice to replace it and gave me a credit for what I had spent on it.

I called a couple of different providers from the local area for estimates.  Not only was W.T. Anderson among the least expensive, it was the most highly rated on Angie's List.

I am not disappointed that I used them!  They were professional, punctual, and meticulous in their installation of my new gutters!

The entire WT Anderson team was varsity.  The scheduler called me promptly after my inquiry on Angie's List and scheduled me for their next available consult the next week.  Later that day she called back and offered me an appointment the next day because something had opened up.  Bill the sales rep (and I think maybe owner) came to my house and was professional, knowledgeable, and really helped me define what was required to meet our needs -- and no more.  The installers were perfectionists who did beautiful work.  I was worried that gutters would change the look of my house and they did -- it looks better!  I couldn't be more impressed by this company.

From the start Mr. Anderson conducted himself very professionally,  he came out and measure my roof and a few days latter he gave me a very reasonable quote.  He was my third company who came out and gave me an estimate and was the best quote.  When the Crew came out to do the work, they were on time and very professional.  They clean up after themselves and left the work site spotless.  All the work got done on time.  The work on the roof to wrapping the fascia, soffit and replacement of the gutters was outstanding.  You can tell the Crew had pride on what they were doing.  I'm very please with Mr. Anderson company, I would highly recommend WT Anderson.

Tom Anderson came to out house, went up on the roof to inspect & measure it, and gave us a quote. We set up date for work, they showed up early, work diligently, cleaned up thoroughly & were gone the same day. A very nice lady did a follow up inspection.

The estimate went great. Jonathan was on time, courteous and the only person to actually get on my roof. They were very accommodating when we asked to come to the office and put our hands on samples so we could be sure we loved the color. They scheduled our install without a deposit and showed as promised at 7am. In our contract we were very clear that all damaged wood should be removed. We knew a lot was damaged from rain and told Jonathan we wanted every damaged piece swapped out and were willing to pay the $40 per sheet. Unfortunately that did not happen as we requested and we ended up having to call Jonathan to come out to see all the mistakes made. Not only was all the damaged wood not replaced, but they scratched and dented our brand new gutters. Jonathan agreed to make it right and they did. We are very happy now that the repairs were made and will use W.T. Anderson again.
