The whole process from quote to payment was well spelled out and executed exactly as explained by Valerie and Veronica in the office. Tina and the boys came out and knocked the job out in one day. Not a small feat considering the short days of late November. The crew did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves, I would have no qualms referring or hiring this company in the future.

After receiving several estimates from contractors to replace my screened porch ceiling (I had already removed the deteriorated plywood ceiling that was installed by the builder in 1992), I was put off by the estimates, ranging up to $5,000. At this point I contacted WT Anderson, who had replaced my roof a few years ago, hoping that they might do this type of work. Tom Anderson came by to see, assured me they do this type of work as it is really installing soffitt material, showed me some samples and subsequently provided an estimate of about $1,400. I selected a white vinyl beadboard. The ceiling also contained two skylights which needed to be trimmed out. The roofing and gutter work previously done by WT Anderson was superb and I had them go ahead and do the job. I subsequently asked them to replace the trim wrap around my garage doors (2) which brought the total cost to $1,740. I thought this was very fair. The two workers from WT Anderson showed up as scheduled, completed the job in one day and the installation went smoothly and looks great. With porch ceiling, they installed strapping to existing framing, plywood to box in the "tunnels" to the skylights, installed vinyl covered metal wrap around the top of the porch walls and then the vinyl beadboard. With the garage doors they removed the existing wrap, replaced two 2x6 framing pieces and then installed new brickmold where needed and new trim wrap around both doors. They were careful to seal all around to keep water out. The finished product looks great. The workers were polite, respectful of the our property and thoroughly cleaned up after completion of the work. Workers is not right word to describe Nestor and his helper, there were skilled craftsmen. WT Anderson will be my "go to" contractor for any outside work in the future.

I contacted four other companies to get quotes and WT Anderson stood out among the rest. Not because of price, although we ended with a very good price, but because none of the others could even come close to the quality of customer service WT Anderson provided. Every person we worked with was equally pleasant, responsive, and professional. I contacted WT Anderson because they’d done a siding job for my brother and he was very happy too. The gentlemen that worked on our home worked non-stop and had a good work ethic. We had one hiccup with the service that was handled very graciously. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m excited and happy to recommend them and I certainly will.

Jonathan came to review 'work' that was done on my gutters, by a handyman recommended by Home Advisors. The gutters were literally hammered together and due to not putting the pieces together in the correct order, the water was not directed into the appropriate downspout. WT Anderson SAVED MY GUTTERS!! They were very responsive and quick for the estimate and install. I am very pleased with the work, the gutters look beautiful and direct the water to where it needs to go!! I've already asked for an estimate on roof issues.

WT Anderson staff and work crew are very professional in all aspects of project. From estimate, to scheduling , from start to completion and clean up, everything went smoothly and we now have a very nice GAF high definition lifetime roof as well as seamless gutters and downspouts on our home. We had used them earlier this year for gutter installation on new garage so we knew the quality of their work. Great. Tom was very patient with me during the process of deciding which contractor to use and what materials to choose. In the end I went with his company because he presented the most thorough estimate, answered all of my questions, followed up promptly and had the best price. I wasn't sorry with my choice as we did have a leak during Hurricane Matthew a month after the roof work and his response was amazing. A cast iron ventilation pipe didn't take the standard sized collar that was used during the roof work, so when the storm hit on Saturday night I had water leaking around the collar and through the ceiling. I had Tom's cell phone number and not knowing how to stop the water from coming in I called and got his wife on the phone (he was out starting their generator), she talked me through what steps to take to prevent any more damage and Tom was out first thing Sunday morning to make temporary repairs. His crew made a permanent fix later that week and they sent out a drywaller to repair the ceiling damage right away. Although I wasn't happy about the leak, Tom's rapid response on a stormy, poweroutage weekend was truly appreciated.

Showed up on time, worked professionally, cleaned area each day, were respectful and worked well with the owner. I would enthusiastically recommend this crew to anyone needing siding.

WT Anderson did a great job. They came earlier than scheduled, which was wonderful, they were done in a short amount of time and the gutters look great. The price was good as well. We had one small hiccup with the color of a downspout but they quickly ordered a new one and replaced it. I would highly recommend them.

These guys were amazing. Stripped off entire backside double layered shingles. Installed ridge vent, removed old box vents, replaced significant sections of roof boards and then reshingled entire back roof all in 1 day. Then did all house trim repair, wrapping, new gutter installation with leaf guards... in 2 Days. They were reasonably priced for the very high quality and efficient work they performed. I did not meet the roof crew, but their work was excellent. The man who did the trim work and wrapping is an artist....superior work. Did not see the crew that installed the gutters and leaf guards, but the product and the installation is excellent. Obviously, I am extremely happy with the quality of work done by this company and will unquestionably use them again if the need arises.

Everything on schedule. As to the overall result we will need some time and rain to evaluate.

I received several estimates for trim and soffit for my home. Anderson was by far the the least expensive. Tom, the owner, provided a prompt and comprehensive estimate and answered all of my questions about the work. The work was scheduled in a timely manner and I was kept informed and updated when the work was delayed due to weather. Juan, the foreman and his crew were timely, professional, and courteous. The crew are craftsman and their work was truly exceptional. They worked tirelessly over the 3 days they were at the house and cleaned up thoroughly each evening. They were very responsive to any questions I had. Everyone at the company whom I talked with was extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. I would definitely hire Anderson again and I highly recommend the company as professional and of the highest integrity.
