We took two of our dogs to see PhotosByFeist at Care-A-Lot Pet Supply (retail store) just before Halloween. PhotosByFeist had set up a studio in the warehouse of the store, and they were taking Halloween-themed photos. Tom Feist and his crew are extremely professional and patient. They have a lot of experience photographing animals of all breeds, shapes, and sizes -- dogs, cats, reptiles, birds, you name it! Tom keeps working until he feels he has captured that perfect shot. It is amazing how well the entire PhotosByFeist team handles the pressure of the people waiting in line, the chaos of the animals, and the challenges of setting up in different locations. They are also constantly improving the experience by adding new equipment/technology that makes it possible for customers to instantly see the photos taken and select their favorites. They also offer a seemingly endless array of merchandise to choose from - items that the photos can then be printed on. In addition to the photos, we purchased two coffee mugs that had each of my dogs' photos. You couldn't ask for a nicer group of individuals to work with, and you know they care about the animals - they do everything possible to make the animals feel at ease; they never stress them out just to get the photo. This visit was only the most recent time my family used the services of PhotosByFeist. We have supported them at numerous events because of their quality work and because they donate a portion of their proceeds to local rescue organizations. My family volunteers for one of those local rescue organizations, K-9 New Life.

Tom and his assitant Brittany took time and gave individual attention to each client's sitting. They provided all of the props and backdrops which made for a quality, professional setting at a very affordable price. Plus a portion of the proceeds goes to a local animal rescue group. His prices are very reasonable, plus he offers a wide variety of items to purchase, personalized with your pet's photo. The sitting fee also included an e-mailed digital image to share with friends, which was received very quickly. I will definitely be going back for a Christmas photo and would highly recommend them to other pet owners.
