Norfolk Plumbing was on time and repaired my clogged sink quickly.  I will definitely use them again!

They arrived on time. They were friendly and informative and offered to check other areas where I had not found any problems.

When I first called Norfolk Plumbing an actual person picked up. Two professional young men, Jeff Anderson and Nick Rosenbum, arrived early the next morning providing me a courtesy call letting me know they were on their way. They were very courteous, knowledgable, and clean. They answered all of my questions politely and focused on the job, no phone calls or cigarette breaks, and left my garage clean. They came ready with buckets and clothes to wipe up any water. This may not seem like a big deal to some people but in my experience I had to do the clean up with my bucket and old towels. I would definitely use them again!

Guessing at date.  Two guys (Spenser & Chris ?) arrived at designated time, cleaned out drain, and left.  Short and swift project.  No problems.

I thought they did a good job. They got it done. I didn't have any problems with the service.

Excellent service, the toilet was not part of the service call, but the service tech pointed out a problem he saw.

Norfolk Plumbing I had purchased a $59 drain cleaner.  I didn't use them for the drain cleaner, but I used them for some other plumbing issues.  We were satisfied.  The people were fine, they seemed professional.  As far as I know the work was done very well.

I really like them. They are not cheap but they are quality for money. They do an excellent job. They are very expert and very efficient. One time they changed out a part in another hot water heater and when it didn't work out well, they replaced the whole unit. They have always been very good. They are expensive. I have no criticisms of this company.

They were able to come out very quickly to take care of the clogged plumbing. The came out again the next day to repair the leak and install the new outside faucet. I did not have to pay them until after they had completed the whole job. They wee very courteous and professional. I will definitely call them again the next time I need a plumber.

They come right on time and finished in a timely manner.  Second time I have used them I would use them again in a heartbeat

They were instrumental in solving a long-lasting problem I have had.  Other plumbers that I have contacted about this particular problem appeared somewhat reluctant and discouraging.   I was very satisfied by the services rendered.  I give them high praise and would recommend them to everyone.

We've been having problems with leakage from an open shower into hallway. Water damage to hallway floor couldn't be repaired until the bathroom issue was rectified. I called for an evaluation of the problem and estimation regarding fixing the problem. The technicians arrived in a timely manner. Professional and thorough with their diagnosis of  the problem.  I requested an estimate to fix the problem with full intent to set date for repair.  The technicians informed me that the shower would need to be "demo-ed" prior to the repairs being done. They stated their company did not provide that service. They did give me contact information on someone who would be able to do the tile removal in conjunction with the shower repair. I was impressed and fully intended to schedule the repairs within 2 weeks.
Later, after discussing the issue with my spouse, I called the company requesting the cost to have a bathtub installed instead of redoing the open shower.  The person answering took the message stating that "Jeff" would be getting back to me with a response. I waited 2 days. Thinking I'd missed the call, I called again and left the same message as previously.  I was given the same response. Again I did not receive any telephone response. I called a third time with the same result. At that point, I determined to contact a different company to rectify my bathroom situation.
The initial response with Norfolk Plumbing was awesome! I was impressed with the discount so long as I wrote an Angie's List review.  However,  the follow up was less than stellar. I will not be using them again neither would I recommend them to family or friends.

He did a really good job, and didn't try to sell us any extra stuff.  He also told us what parts would eventually need to be changed. We were really pleased.  He was really honest. 

Went well.  No further leaking.

The service was great. I really liked their service and they did a really good job. They did have trouble with one of the parts but they accommodated by doing a little bit of extra work. They even came back to ensure it was working properly.

It went really well. His employees are really well trained and has a low turnover rate. They are very reliable.

Very good results and happy with the work.  They gave an estimate on the phone of about $300 plus whatever parts needed. The actual labor charge was $255 for 2 hours, one plumber and one helper.  The parts were rather steep, $153.39 which included the stand they put the heater on, copper pipes and connections used, a gas tube and insulating foam around the pipes, but the bill did not include a breakdown of the parts costs, just a total. The workers were both very nice, professional, on time, did very high quality work and I had hot water when they left.  The city inspector commented that it was very good work.  I will recommend them to others and use them again for future needs.

Amazing response time, professionalism, and value!!!! I called at 9:30am that morning and the job was done by 1:30pm the same day! They even snaked my sink at no additional cost. If i could give a higher rating than an A, I would!!! Great experience.

It went very well. The worker was very professional and had a great deal of experience. The only negative part of the work was that restoring the water supply caused a blockage to a bathroom sink. That was repaired the next day by the company without charge.

After purchasing the big deal, my husband and I decided that we would replace the toilet ourselves
because it was so old, rather than get the old one repaired. I got a refund on the big deal from Angie's List without any problems. The contractor is someone I would definitely use in the future when needed.

Excellent work.  From the time I  called to use coupon through work in my home, I had excellent customer service.  The plumbers are so professional & knowledgable.  Another company , told me that I need to replace my whole toilet.  Norfolk plumbing just replaced the parts , leveled toilet & sealed the toilet to the floor. They cleaned up everything when they got through.
I actually have used them again for a leaky water line to my refrigerator. Again I found the same quality work for a fair price.

This was the 3rd time I used this company and they didn't disappoint. The toilets are awesome. They had some trouble with the tankless water heater dur to plumber's built and lived in my house for years so they had this place down like fort know. How ever they figured it out and I am extremely happy with their dedication and persistance to getting the job down. I recommend them to everyone I know, and will continue to do so. Frank and his team are my personal plumber's from here on out.
