Things went well. The job seemed pricy for $500.

Bobby explained all aspects of the job and completion expectations. All aspects were accurate and the care given to my home was terrific.

They went above and beyond to get my toilet unclogged. They had to go rent a machine and the owner brought it out and got the job done. They were prompt and professional.

The company was accomadating to my needs. Fixed what was broken and explained the problem to me. Service call and work were both completed in a timely manner.

The process went very well. Said it would take about 4 days to complete. It took 5 days but there was some miscommunication on one of the lines that was supposed to be added as a new register. They fixed it immediately and it didn't change the price. We ended up with an additional air register at no additional cost. The crew was very courteous and on time everyday. The clean up and job was done extremely well. Excellent job overall!

It works great now. The cost of the work was within reason.

My Carrier AC unit was nearly five years old and had been nothing but trouble since it was installed by Guy Smith Heating and Cooling. The unit had been leaking freon and would not cool the house. Calling Guy Smith was out of the question due to the poor service I experienced when the unit was 15 months old. I used the the Virginian Pilot's Best of Norfolk to find Norfolk Air Heating and Cooling. The technician arrived on time and asked a few questions. He diagnosed the problem in about 30 minutes. The tech talked with me, then his office and wrote his proposal. He took care of everything including dealing with Carrier to get the parts under warranty. Norfolk Air kept me informed of parts status and scheduled the tech's return visit. Again, the tech arrived on time and worked diligently until the job was complete. It took a few days for the house to cool down. The AC worked for the remainder of the summer; the heat worked in winter and the AC worked when summer came around again - that was a first. I appreciate the quality of service provided and patience displayed while working through this difficult problem.

I chose them to do the work for us because they were recommended to me by a friend. They were very professional. They were courteous. They did a really good job. There was minimal mess. They were easy to communicate with. Their price was good. We compared the prices. I would use their services again in the future.

Took care of system, update was pricey and didn't offer any options. Kind of all or nothing. They were OK and I wanted more.

It was a great experience. The estimate was a fare price. The final cost matched the estimate. The work was performed in a timely and professinal manner. This is not the first time I have used this company and it will not be the last.

Love this company, they were so professional. Bobby came out and gave us the best quote hands down, without even knowing the other quotes given to me. His crew was punctual, friendly, and competent. The work was completed on time. I crawled in the attic to have a look when they were done, and was so pleased to see what a terrific job they did. I love my heat pump, we haven't had any problems as of yet and if we did, I know they would be out here to fix it right away. This is how a company should be run. I saw another rater gave them a terrible grade, but I just don't have a single complaint about these guys.

First service call Mr. Nelson (a partner of Norfolk Air) gave me an analysis of work needed to be done and a cost estimate including additional materials and work to complete work. The replacement equipment that was shipped to Norfolk Air office was brought on site with another Norfolk Air crew. When the service representative completed the work he presented me with a bill that was 3 times the original estimate. When I asked him to explain the difference in cost he indicated that his boss (another Norfolk Air partner, Buddy) instructed him to write those fugues on the bill. I talked to Buddy and he indicated that the men had to pick up the part. I told him I knew the part was shipped to his office. Buddy also indicated that there was 1 hour of drive time to the job site. I told him I knew his office was 10 minutes away. He agreed to adjust the bill down almost $600. Buddy still insisted that 1/2 hour of drive time be included on the bill.
