Kevin and his crew had done work on my garage roof and installed new gutters for me last year without a problem. We called them to take a look at a roofing structure that had broken. They replied on August 22 and came out that day to look at it. They said they would write up an estimate as soon as the returned from lunch and would send it via e-mail. I waited several days, but did not receive an estimate. I called, left messages and left texts with Victoria asking for the estimate over the course of two weeks. I was finally able to speak with Victoria on the phone. She once again assured me that she would speak to Kevin and have the estimate sent to me so that we could start the repairs. It is now September 12 and I still have not heard back from them.

Murrays was outstanding. They repaired all the damaged roofing (rafter, sheathing, shingles and wood around skylight. Then installed new skylight and cap. Skylight even opens to let fresh air blow in. Murrays did all this 6hrs, They cleaned up as they worked, took all bad wood, old skylight and shingles away. We couldn’t be happier with Murray Home Improvements! They replaced our siding, trim, gutters and downspouts last month and our house looks great. Their price was also well below the other three estimates we received. The project was initially delayed due to heavy rain, but Kevin and his crew more than made up for it. They started the project on a Thursday and worked long days and through the weekend to complete the job by Monday evening. Their work ethic was very impressive! Our neighbors even noticed and commented on how hard they were working. They arrived promptly each morning and worked diligently in the blazing sun without missing a beat. They were professional, polite and kept us informed as the job progressed. They also replaced some rotten boards and reconfigured the downspouts so water would flow better away from our foundation. Their trim guy is top notch and we love the decorative bends he put on the wrap. We would highly recommend these guys to replace your siding, gutters, and, downspouts! We have received several compliments on our house and a few neighbors have even asked for their number.

Needing a new roof for our home, I only called one company for completing the job, Murray Home Improvements. This is the only company who has worked on the exterior of our home. In the past 5 years they have replaced the siding, all windows and doors, and now the roof. Additionally, they wrapped the trim on my home eliminating the need for future costly painting and upkeep. Every project has been completed beyond expectations, with professionalism and in a timely manner. Kevin and his crew are experts at their craft, providing their service at an extremely competitive cost that most times is well below that of the "big name" companies. I am very pleased with the work this company has performed. I can honestly state that my home is the showpiece of the neighborhood as a result. For all my future home improvement needs, "Don't worry, call Murray"!

Called and they came out and gave me a quote for both repairing the roof and replacing. After consideration I went with the replacement. It took a while for them to get to me, with some crossed e-mails and I had to call and keep asking for updates, but once they started they finished it in 2 1/2 days (with rain delays). The work is solid, the roof looks good, no leaks and they cleaned up the area well. For the price and quality of work it was worth the wait.

I purchased a new roof in October 2017 from Murray Home Improvements. The job was done to my satisfaction and completed in 2 days as promised. His crew did a great job of cleaning all the nails and debris from my yard. Any time Zi had a question either Mr Murray or his wife Victoria responded to my calls promptly. The were very nice and courteous. I would recommend his company to anyone looking for an honest contractor who will deliver on his promises

Outstanding job!! The new roof looks great and their price was excellent. I really enjoyed working with Kevin and his crew. They are professional, courteous, friendly and talented. I paid them and left town before they were done and they completed the job, installed new shutters and completely cleaned up the yard afterwards. I highly recommend them!!

Kevin Murray came out to give an estimate and answer all our questions - really nice young man. We agreed on the price (very reasonable) and the work to be performed. The job was started very quickly and he worked with us on getting the job finished before a party we here hosting. The work was very professional and looks great! Our yard was cleaned up - Kevin was a stickler on that. I would definitely hire Kevin again.

Murray was wonderful to work with. Victoria was very responsive and both of us had things come up that changed the date of work to be performed. When I got the estimate, they were very thorough and suggested some items that I had not seen in previous estimates. Their price was one of the best I had seen and the work was fantastic. They had to do the job over two days due to rain, but were very punctual in both cases and very professional in their clean up. I wouldn't hesitate to use Murray Home Improvements for work in the future.

Murray Home Inprovement put a new roof on my home and did an outstanding job. Excellent communication from start to finish. Very professional. The quality of the workmanship is superior in every way. No surprises, what they said they would do, is what they did and maybe a little more. I also like that how they stand behind their work by providing a warranty that few in the roofing industry can match. Looking for a roofing contractor call MHI, they get it done. I had two other estimates from different companies that thousands more without the warrenty provided by MHI. OH yea! This was a super value.

The siding drains came down and i made several calls for repair. I was told I would received return calls to no avail. Siding drains from roof are faling away from home.

They did pretty good. They had it done in a day. They left the area clean. A couple pieces of shingles but did a pretty good job about cleaning up.

The crew showed up early in the morning and worked long hours for 2 days to complete our new roof and install gutters on the house. The were all extremely professional and cleaned up at the end of each day. They even checked the driveway for nails before they left so that our tires wouldn't be damaged. Very reasonably priced compared to other companies in the area! I would highly recommend using Murray Home Improvements!

They sent out color samples ahead of time. The next day a GAF truck came out and delivered the materials. The next day or the following day, they came out to start the roof (on a Friday), they were finished with the job by Sunday night. They stated it would be done by Sunday and sure enough they were! Our roof has a lot of different angles and pitches, but this did not cause a problem for them at all. I was extremely impressed with how professional Kevin and his crew were. I would hesitate to go with them again and I recommend them to anyone!

Murray's was prompt in coming out to do the work within a few days. We had extra shingles that matched, so they used them. It took one man less than an hour. All was well until the first big storm in March, and then we had shingles in the yard. This has not happened before. As of April 20th, 2017, we have not received a response.

I was absolutely blown away by the Murray crew. Without exaggeration, I believe that the professionalism and quality of workmanship went far beyond any contractor experience I've ever had. The crew arrived promptly on time and immediately went to work. They worked long hours over two days and worked into the night to make sure that the job was done well. Not only did they clean up after themselves when the job was done, but they also cleaned as they worked (including my nasty gutters) and completely cleaned up the work site BETWEEN work days, such that not a single nail was left on our grass. Truly amazing! Part of the job was to replace the roof-vent/fan that hasn't worked since I bought the house. After the work was done, they discovered that the original fan was not wired correctly, and so, after asking permission, one of the crewmembers (who happens to be certified electrician) went into the attic to fix the faulty wiring, long after the rest of the job was completed, and free of charge. Everything that was installed, from the shingles to the paper, the skylights and the fan are all of drastically better quality than was originally installed by the builder. The house has truly never looked better. Finally, another nice surprise was to see that Murray hires all American, and that everyone on the crew was darned polite - well done!
