They did not perform good craftsmanship. I was very unhappy after they were done with the installation. Lowes refused to accommodate my requests to fix what was wrong or assist me in anyway with finishing the job right.

The quality of materials was excellent. The only problem was waiting for the shipping of a special piece of glass for the door; other than that they had exceptional service. The removal and installation of the new doors were done quickly. I would recommend them over Home Depot.

The company did a real nice job installing the new steel door. They provided very good sales help and different types of doors to choose from. The price was a good value for the door. We think the installers did a very professional job at replacing the door.

They did a real good job and it really looked great when they were finished. The corners and seems matched great. It was a real good grade of carpet also. Lowes was a great company to do business with and they did it right the first time.

The workmen that laid my new floor were here at the time they were suppose to be and did a real thorough job. He was explanatory in what he was going to do and got right to work. I was satisfied with this company. We have a twenty year warranty on the floor they laid.

It was just a half effort job on their part and it doesn't take a professional to see it. Around the posts they poured dry concrete and put water on it instead of putting it down in the holes around the posts. The quality of the fence really isn't what I expected and I have used Lowes for some other things here around my home and that s why I was so surprised by such bad work.

We purchased the windows first at Lowe's and the salesperson there was very helpful. They were special ordered so it took a few weeks for them to be installed. They are all energy efficient and were installed according to specs.

My husband had to oversee all this to make sure that we got the best quality carpet and padding that we could get. At one point, we thought the carpet they wanted to sell us was high quality, and it turned out not to be, so my husband had to re-order it. However, once it was installed, within a few hours, we were very pleased with the result.

Lowe s is an awesome company. They had my front door installed in no time at all. Not to mention, everything was perfectly done. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the door at all, and it looks gorgeous. I was very pleased to have called Lowe s to do the job. Otherwise, I may have been disappointed. I would highly recommend them to anyone for anything.

Working with Lowe's was easy for us, because we have been there so many times before. The sales people showed us several different models, and suggested the door that was in our price range. We received a discount for installation, because we purchased it there. The two men, who did the installation, were both personable and professional. They finished the task in only two hours. The door has a much better fit than the old one, and has also increased the security for our home. We were very satisfied with the entire process.

I was very pleased to see the guys show up right on time. It was very nice to see everything go as smoothly as it all did. They had no troubles laying the carpet just as it should have been. It looks great, and I found not a single problem anywhere. I would have no problem buying my carpet from them again at a later date.
