The ladies did a great job!

It is the first time I have used a cleaning service and I am very satisfied with Limpio. I am having surgery and will be unable to do any cleaning, so I have signed up for a monthly cleaning. The two girls that came were very sweet and thorough. They put quite a shine on my bathroom and kitchen faucets.

So much better than expected. I was surprised and delighted at the effiency and professionalism of the cleaning crew. In my opinion they performed far above what I expected. I will continue using this company.

This was my first time using them, got a coupon on Angie's list. I have used different maid services in the past, but would have to say this was one of the best services I have had. They have a very friendly and cheery personality which makes giving them the job of cleaning my house even more enjoyable. Oh, and I love the way the house smells.

Good but missed a few areas.....

They did an awesome job. One area of concern: three workers were sent and stayed for 2hours and 45 minutes, instead of sending two workers for 4 1/2 hours as agreed. We were okay with the adjustment of sending three people instead of two. But we didn’t know they leaving in 2 hours and 45 minutes until they were about 2 hours and 30 minutes into the service. Thankfully we gave instructions to and organize and clean the major areas of concern first. This was addressed with the lead worker. She apologized for the delayed notification of the change in time. Other than that slight aggitation, we really liked there services. Thank you

Excellent. Both cleaners were polite, on time, very professional. reasonably priced. I was very pleased.

I cancelled my appointment with another cleaning service in the area because they repeatedly weren't able to schedule a cleaning within a week. Limpio was able to come within a couple days of my call! Great coupon on Angie's list, totally worth the price. These guys are very professional and sweet. No complaints!

For the most part, they're pretty good, but I find that since they've come a few times and I told them how excellent they are, they've become a little sloppier and I think it's [unintelligible at 4:29]. They were here lasts week. They did a fairly good job, but they were much slower than they used to be, and they spent a lot of time talking. And they talk a language that I don't understand so I don't know what the h*ll they're saying. I think it's like $55 an hour. I would use them again until I find anyone better. As bad as they are, I haven't seen anybody better than them. They really are very good, I just worry about them slacking off lately.

The girls who came for very nice and professional. They made sure everything was to my liking before leaving.

I think this is the third or fourth time that I used them. I was pleased every time, except this time. This was terrible. The house was not clean. In advance, I spoke with the scheduling person, and I told her that the time that I purchased was not enough time. I needed more hours and I was going to pay them for every hour at their going rate. They didn't move anything. I have laminate floors, you can slide the couch across the room. They didn't do the couch, behind the bed, the dresser upstairs. My husband followed them and did those things. We had family coming the next day. They got their stuff together and started to leave. I asked them did they get anything done. They said that they did not do the family room because they did not have time. I told them that I already spoke with the supervisor and I'll pay for the time it takes. I said you can't just walk out and leave it dirty. They came in and did a very swift job and did not clean anything up. You can still grip if you walk barefoot, which I generally do, so I know. It was totally unsatisfactory. It's the first time this ever happened with them, but it's the last time I'll ever use them. They washed the floors, it wasn't a mop kind of thing. It was a wet kind of thing that you run back and forth. When I was working, I had someone come in regularly and I've never seen anything like this. I thought the price was very reasonable. They were very nice ladies.
