This was my first experience with having someone other than my self clean my home. I never thought anyone could clean as well as I did. Before my back gave out and after I retired nursing, I cleaned other persons homes myself. I was really very nicely surprised how nice everything looked. I let the ladies do there thing and after the time was up, I checked the house over and I knew or course I did not do it, but they were very close.
The only faults I found were some things were not put back even close to where they came from and several (6) pictures had to be straighten.
I will be calling them again.
UPDATE: THEY DID SATISFY THE COMPLAINT.
"Hello Mr [Member Name Removed] We are working on your claim, we've been in business for 10 years and we have never had any issues with our employees taking anything that doesn't belong to them, that is why we have to investigate this issue before we can release any payment on this matter."
