My friend and I both went in for oil changes and inspections. Found out they don't do inspections. We were told they would be doing them "in a few weeks". They stlil aren't.
Anyway - we were quoted a price for a synthetic oil change of $85, which we knew was over the competition's price by about $25 but we wanted to stay there because there is a nail salon across the street. We wanted pedicures while we wait.
We were told it would be an hour.
It took three hours.
Then when we went to pick up our vehicles we were told it would cost $105 - - $30 more than quoted and double the nearest competitor.
**Note to self - get it is writing**
