Our initial visit to the shop, approximately 6 months before the wedding, went very well. The owner provided a number of good tips and suggestions, her prices were good, and she generally gave us confidence she would deliver a great service. However, as we got closer to the wedding things took a turn for the worse: Pre-Wedding: Two days before the wedding, my wife received a voicemail from the vendor asking her to call back as soon as possible. My wife attempted to call back from her work phone number (Note: her work number appears as a 1-800 number on caller IDs). A lady answered the phone at the shop and my wife identified herself and said she had a message to return a call. My wife was quickly cut-off with a dismissive and rude comment such as "Yeah, right!" and hung up on. Later in the day, my wife called back from her cell phone number and the owner answered the phone and they took care of their business. However when my wife mentioned the earlier rude service, the owner said that was her on the phone and she thought my wife was a telemarketer. Who screens their business line for telemarketers during the work day!?? Wedding Day: The flowers and bouquets arrived on time. The flowers for the reception tables looked great; however, the bridal bouquet was DYING AND CONTAINED FAKE GREENERY! Additionally, an entire bouquet was missing! This was absolutely NOT the level of product we ordered or expected! Post Wedding: My wife called the vendor to express her disappointment in the bouquet and to inquire about a partial refund. Both parties agreed that the bouquet was bad and settled upon a refund amount. However when the vendor saw that my wife had posted mediocre-to-poor online reviews regarding the quality of the bouquet, she demanded that my wife remove the reviews in order to get her refund. My wife agreed to amend, but not remove, her reviews as we felt it was important to be truthful to other potential customers. Finally, we saw that the vendor somehow removed or hid our review on Yelp! and instead only had 2 extremely positive online reviews attached to her profile. We still have not received a refund, nor do we expect one at this point. This vendor clearly does not believe in earning a reputation based on good, quality service and interaction with her customers. DO NOT repeat our mistake! Save yourself the hassle and AVOID this vendor at all costs!

Great. Bloom's flowers are wonderful. I wish my husband stopped there more often! They are creative and have a nice little collection of gift items, as well.
Description of Work: They put together a huge fresh flower bouquet, that was so big, I was able to split it into 3 smaller ones at home and each one looked great.
