We have a 3 year contract - $35 a month. The service is good. The staff that came out was very professional and very thorough. I would recommend them.

After living through the h*** of Access Innovations, whose incompetent professionalism and negligent service left us with no security, I can only breath a sigh of relief at switching to ADT Service Systems.
I will start with the sales representative Thomas Brickers. He was very responsive and punctual in contacting me, and arranged for a consultation where I explained what we needed, and how hopeless our current non service had been. He was very thorough, and best of all patient. We never felt pressured to get products or services we did not want or need. He tailored a special package exactly to my specifications, and even helped me to get some discounts which I did not know I could get.
Of course, are system is fairly large and comprehensive, but with an elderly parent living here, we required some extra services.
The installation was very professional, courteous, and patient in explaining the features and the functions. The ability to use ADT Pulse through computer or cellphone to control the system remotely (as well as monitor using camera system) is a real plus.
Just in the short time we have had the system, ADT has been very responsive, and we feel, finally, that we have the security company we always wanted.
I realize that there may be other services that might be somewhat cheaper, or be more appropriate for people with lesser security needs, but I feel that ADT has a lot of experience and expertise in the field, and so far, has met and exceeded our expectations.
A special nod to Mr. Thomas Brickers, who kept communication and control over the process at all times. That is also a part of making people feel secure!

ADT has been there for us as a deterrent and safeguard for several years now. We purchased ADT prior to having children. I now have two and I trust that thier safety is safeguarded by ADT and I sleep comfortably at night with that.

I have contracted ADT for 11 years.  They performed installation and monitoring for my previous home, and that experience was good enough that I hired them for my new home.  At each residence they installed a complete system including both wired and wireless components.   At my previous residence they were timely and excellent at responding to questions and requests for adjustments to service, including installation of additional components.  In addition, their close monitoring of the system provided a rapid response that prevented a minor fire from growing and destroying the house while I was away.  At my new house a representative came out to describe what would be needed and to propose a price with no pressure tactics.  The company that had previously monitored the house would not provide an in-person estimate prior to installation.  On the date of installation the technician spent approximately 3 hours in the house updating the wiring, incorporating existing elements where possible, and installing ADT equipment.  He then provided a thorough grounding in use of the equipment.  The representative visited while the work was being performed and then followed up a few days later.  They are not cheap, but their work provides excellent value.

As promised, as delivered. During a recent unemployment, the company worked with me to keep my service, honor my contract, and treated me with respect as a customer. Priceless.

They are good, I have been satisfied with their service.

I would say in general, the services that they used to provide were no longer provided, so the value that you get is diminishing markedly. However, I would still continue to use them for another year.

They are responsive. They are complete and accurate.

ADT Security services has been here for a very long time and are very efficient.

Whenever I have a problem, somebody always comes out and fixes it.  They explain things to you without making you feel silly.  When they installed the second heat pad, they drilled a real hole and had to replace it.  It was a mistake, but double-checking and triple-checking prevents things like that.

We switched over to them from another company. I pay yearly. They install all of the equipment and explain the services to you. They let me know which windows had security on it. They monitor the carbon monoxide detector, the smoke alarm, and if some one breaks in.

I like their service. They are really good on prices.

I would use their service again in the future.

I have had them for many years since 2005. I have a smoke and fire detector too and that is the only reason I have them.

They were good.  I would tell my friends and family members that they are one of the options for alarms.  I would tell them to see what other options are available.

They are very prompt. There alarm is very loud when it goes off. My sister-in-law used to live with us and she would forget the code all the time and she would come in, and set off the alarm and the cops were out here on countless times. My husband goes on lots of trips, so I am here with my two kids, by myself. ADT makes just me feel a lot better and I can go to sleep without waking up every time I hear a bump in the night. I really like them and they are very good at what they do. They even came out to replace the battery for me. They were the special battery for the box.

We haven't had any problems but others know we are not going to say good or bad about them because we haven't had to deal with the actual service. It is just kind of there. It is one of those $99 installation type things and I can't remember how much we pay for per month, but it is not very much.

I've had an alarm error of "System Low Battery" since Aug 29, 2011.  When I called ADT, they said it needed 48 hours to recharge after a power outage.  I returned on Sept 6 and called again.  The earliest they could send someone out was Sept 27.  The ADT rep also informed me that I could go get a battery and replace it myself if I couldn't wait until Sept 27.  My plan coverage includes battery replacement.  On Sept 14, the battery failed for both smoke detectors and the intrusion detection device in the den.  ADT scheduled a repairman to come out on Sept 17, but no one showed up.  I called ADT and they said someone in Scheduling closed my ticket but they didn't know and couldn't find out why.  They rescheduled my repair for Sept 22 between 8-12 AM, and again no none showed up.  I had to call three more times before I finally got a supervisor who promises to have a repairman here this afternoon.
