ADT Security Services

I have been using their service for about four years now. I have only encountered a problem one time and that was with some faulty wires that were found inside of the main box. It was causing the alarm to activate when no one was home. They did send out some one a.s.a.p. to insert an entirely new box with new wires, and the problem went away. I have experienced no problems since then and remain a satisfied customer. I pay them monthly to continue my services.

ADT installed our system about eight years ago and now they monitor it. They do periodic check-ups to make sure everythings functioning well and we have had any false alarms. We think they offer good service.

We activated the existing system that was in the house when we purchased it. They were very quick to activate the system when we called and did so at no charge. They were also very good at explaining the operation of the system, which operates through the phone lines. The system and service made us feel very comfortable and safe. I haven't had any problems with it.

Honestly, I have had no troubles at all with them or their system. I do however have a little trouble remembering to set the alarm when I leave some times. I need to have them come back and install some type of modernized remote control system to help me remember such things. Other than that, I do not mind paying them in full once a year because I know I am receiving the best service possible.

I have never had any troubles with anything that pertains to my alarm system. Truthfully, I really do not even need their services anymore, but have not yet ended my agreement with them. I think I am just so used to having them that in the back of my mind, I really do not want to rid myself of their services. They are a great company and the pricing is average as well. I pay them monthly.

They were great. They have been doing a good job of monitoring my system. Anytime the alarm went off, the response was very quick to check on us to see if it was accidental or an emergency. They had a good customer service department. I have not had any complaints about them.

They had a very good service. The problem I had with them was after my wife passed away, I didn t see the need for it anymore. I wanted to cancel their service and they told me it would cost me $376 to cancel it. I used them for 6 years and then they treated me like that.

They did a very good overall job in concerns to our alarm system. We haven't had any experiences with the alarm going off, false or otherwise. We felt they were doing the job and we felt safe and good with them. I have used them for sometime and whenever a question came up they did their best to answer accordingly.

I have been using ADT since 1994 and I just love the service I receive. I plan on moving soon and believe me; ADT will travel right along with me. I have never, in almost ten years, experienced any kind of problems with ADT. They do provide yearly service checks to make sure everything is still functioning. I have never had the device go off, thank heavens. I know ADT would respond quickly if it would. I am comfortable with my safety and the monthly payments I make as well.

ADT is a great company with whom I feel very safe. I have no complaints with them at all and I am secure with using them. I have never had any reason to call them besides maybe a sticking number on the pad. I feel confident that they would be at my side in any case of an emergency. I plan to keep them around for a while because of the low pricing I pay each month. I feel they are reasonable and I will never find a company as fairly priced as ADT.

They are a pretty good company. What impressed me the most about them was how the service tech explained exactly how the system worked, where the sensors were and how to operate the system. They have a test function on the unit so you can check to make sure it's working. They are Johnny on the spot, I had a false alarm once and the cops were here before I could even turn it off.

We were extremely pleased with this company. We had a break in our wood shed and a pressure washer was stolen. We found a 10 year old agreement that the company gave to the original owner of the home with the system that covered the insurance deductible. They honored that agreement and reimbursed us the $500 deductible even though the agreement was an old service that was not offered anymore and it was issued to a prior owner.

As an incentive to take over the contract of the previous owner of the house, they installed a fire detector unit for free. They came out and showed us how to work the system. They had a great response time, which was very quick. They also gave us a hostage code that gives us peace of mind.

I am not sure what I think about ADT. I have had problems with them in the past year that I wish not to discuss. I do not feel that they are very reliable. I would not say they are the best. They are o.k. I guess. I am not to sure about the monthly price or if I would hire them again because my husband handles pricing and I would have to discuss with him about the re-hire. I do not plan to fire them; I plan to keep them around for a while. I guess I am pleased; I am just not too thrilled about certain things.

The representative for ADT was very clear and concise when explaining the system to us. He had a good personality and set us at ease right away. After he explained the process, he completed the installation and tested it to make sure it was operating properly. It has worked perfectly and we have not had any false alarms up to this point.

My husband deals with them for the most part. I know they are a good company and provide us with good service. I sure feel safer knowing we have them in our home. If we have any problems or concerns I know we can contact them 24 hours a day for assistance. The price is included in our mortgage.

I have been using ADT s alarm services for a while now and have only experienced one upset. Once in the past, the alarm was activating itself so I had to call and complain. They sent someone right out who was able to fix it right on the spot. They do not provide me with any extra services like maintenance checks, but, I really do not see the point anyway. I am very satisfied and have no plans on leaving them.

I was so pleased with the people over at ADT for the previous three years that when I moved to my new home two years ago, I had them come too. I have never experienced any troubles what so ever with the company itself or the alarm. I will hopefully have their alarm system around for the duration of my home.

Brinks did an amazing job with the installation. They were in and out very quickly. They showed me how to work the system and what to expect if it ever goes off. It has never gone off, but, I feel confident that they will be well aware if it does. I cannot remember how much they charged for the installation, but, I know my monthly charge. My husband dealt with the installation charge and I deal with the billing now. I feel they are reasonable, but, I do not have anyone else to compare to.

At first, I was looking forward to hiring Brinks. I had heard many good things about them. I had my appointment set and an estimate already in the working. I was ready to go with the installation. When arriving at my home, they were very sloppy and in the process of installing the system, we got to talking about the pricing. Well, I almost threw the man out of my home literally. They wanted me to pay 225 for the installation plus wanted me to sign a 4 year commitment at $40 a month. They had got to be crazy. I was not about to pay that for one little system. I did end up having to pay $100 for the time it took to install what they had gotten to. Other than that, I have no dealings with them what so ever and I never will again.

They installed our system and explained how it works very well. The installer was very nice and knowledgeable. Brinks have a very fast response time when the alarm goes off. They call within seconds and then send a police officer out. I feel very secure with their service.
