ADT Security Services

I have used this company for 4 years. When I moved into the home, it had an ADT system, so I opted to use their service. Just recently, I chose to not continue with their service as another company offered a better package of covering for fire and unwanted entry. I liked ADT as they are a secure, national company. Overall, I was pleased with the price and their telephone customer service.

They are a very professional operation. They are prompt when the system has problems and when an occasional mis-alarm occurs they are prompt in answering and solving the problem.

Brandon Walker was our service rep. He was very personable, responded to us quickly AND then came back and checked to see how everything worked!

They installed our system originally. They have done a good job explaining the system to us and making us feel comfortable with it. If I burned food and set off our smoke detector, I made sure to call them right away, because they would have contacted us very quickly otherwise. We knew they were there for us.

I have had service for a while with ADT and really have no intentions on keeping them or hiring them again. They never offered any service checks or update my equipment. I am now in the process of finding someone new to take over my alarm care needs. I know I can find what I need somewhere else. I have already seen advertisements for more keypads and all at the same price I already pay.

They do a great job keeping us up to date and informed. We bought the system from them and they installed it. We were doing some work in the house, which triggered our smoke alarm, and they were very quick to call us and see that all was well. We can contact them anytime and they are much better than our last home security providers were.

I have been using ADT for quite a while now. I used them at my old house and brought them along with me to the new one. I have never experienced any problems with them as a company at all. I feel the pricing is reasonable and the system has never defaulted or anything. I would say that they are worth it.

They do a good job of explaining everything to us. They have a very quick response time. They make us feel our home is secure and safe. We have been using this service for about 10 years now.

They have been wonderful. They transferred the service for us into our new home with no problems or complaints and it didn't cost me a penny. I have been using them for the last four to five years. We did have a false alarm and they called within a minute to check on us.

We purchased this system about two years ago and have been using them every since. They do a nice job of explaining our systems if I have any questions. Their response time is very quick and I think their service is really good.

We had called around after our house had gotten broken into and they were the only company that would come out the very next day. They did a good job of installing our system and explaining how everything worked. I feel that they are very professional and they have an extremely fast response time. They even provided us with a key to arm or disarm our system. I really liked the offer we had got from them as our system was free when we signed a year contract with them; we had to pay a 99-dollar fee for just installation.

I feel that they offer a very reliable serve. They did do a good job of explaining how my system works. I am really not sure of their response time, because there have never been any false alarms. We have been using them for the last three years now and I really like the service that they provide.

The system was installed as part of the home construction and included in the price of the house. The system was explained very thoroughly to us at that time. The company has a very good response time and it really makes us feel safe and secure in our home. We have not had any problems with the system so have not needed to contact the company. We pay $70.00 a month for the service.

We haven't had any instances just yet where I could say they did excellent monitoring work. But with that I can say they have done a good job of keeping me very informed in general and I liked the attitudes of this company. I felt good about having them in charge of my alarm system.

I really have never had any problems ever. I do have a maintenance contract with them in case any technical problems would ever occur. I pay them monthly for the services. They have never actually provided me with an actual service check, but, they say they will come if ever needed. I see no reasons to complain at this time. I feel comfortable enough with them because if there ever is a problem, they offer the 800 service 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The installation was done in a methodic manner, making the job go very smooth. The technicians finished in two and a half hours and helped me program it. They also tested it several times to make sure it was working properly. I accidentally set it off on one occasion by entering the wrong code, and ADT was there in fifteen minutes to reset it. I like the service they have given me since installation.

I really have had no troubles with any parts of ADT and its company. I just have a standard system with a basic monthly service agreement. They deduct my monthly bill directly from my checking account which saves me the hassle of having to mail out payments. I can not really say their prices are comparable because I never used any other companies to compare them to. I feel they are reasonable and do not mind paying such a low price for protection.

We bought the system from them and had them install it for us. I used them before at our last place. The guy who came out to do the installation was good. Having the system made me feel safer. Anytime I have had any questions or concerns they were always responsive and helpful. I will keep on using them.

I do not like anything about the company or the people who work for ADT. I have a system that I am paying good money for and it does not work at all. I have called and complained, but I am still sitting here with a broken piece of garbage and in an unsafe home. I am now going to have to find another company to provide me better service that actually works, and start fresh from the drawing board.

We were satisfied with their service and the alarm definitely worked. We know because we accidentally set it off. They did a good installation and explained how the system works. Its easy to forget everything they said. They dont mind if you call with questions. Very helpful. It gives us peace of mind. The service tech knew what he was doing.

I have only encountered one problem with ADT and that was right after they installed the system. The system had actually slipped out of the wall. It was no big deal and I definitely would not hold them against it. They came right away to fix it and that was fine with me. Other than that, everything is just great. I feel very safe with them and I pay them monthly for my services.

The system was installed prior to us moving in. They did a good job of explaining the system to me. They have a very good response time when the alarm is activated, I feel comfortable and secure with this system in my home. I have not had any problems with it. I would recommend them to others.

I have never experienced any problems with my system. Therefore, I would say that they are doing a good job. I feel they have done an excellent job and are protecting my home as they are supposed to be doing. The small ten dollar a month fee is well worth the safeness and security of my family. I have no complaints at all with this company.

The service we have received form ADT has been fantastic. After the installation, there has been more than one occasion that they have had to come over here for false alarms. It has never been their fault, and they displayed extraordinary patience when we have set it off. Their response time when this happens has been great. They are always polite and try to help us with ways to remind ourselves to enter the code correctly before entering our home.

I found their customer service to be not very professional. They were supposed to reimburse me some money for their security system being down. I complained several times before they finally fixed it. I just kept getting excuses from them. I was satisfied with their service overall and it helped me to feel more secure.
