The movers were very nice, professional and courteous at all times. I do recommend this moving company to handle your move and your precious belongings.

My New York based home sellers were unable to complete their final move out due to COVID-19 travel restrictions. Monarch Movers was able to complete a total move out and storage with a 1 day notice and it was completed on the weekend. If they they can be so friendly and efficient under these unusual circumstances, they will always be highly recommended by me. Thank you once again.

Monarch Movers were so patient and flexible when my POD didn't get moved out of the way as originally scheduled. They managed to work around an object that would've deterred other companies. I'm beyond grateful that they came through for me, even when I called them while panicked, frazzled, and stressed out. They calmed me down by presenting a plan-of-action, and came through professionally! I'd use them again.

Overall good experience! They arrived about 1hr 45min later than the scheduled time but they did notify of the delay. Workers were friendly and efficient. They were able to move things we would not have expected to fit. They were professional and worked quickly to get the job done. Movers are expensive in general but it was worth in in the end.

Great service, my family moved from Suffolk to Hampton in two days. They packed us in one day and moved us the next day. Their work was professional and efficient. Our belongings were handled with care and it was obvious the men had years of experience. Overall we were very impressed !

I hired Monarch Movers 2x in the same week to assist with moving my items from a Condo and a garage. The workers were very nice, accommodating and helpful. However, when dealing with Wayne, (the owner) be sure to get everything that you discuss with him regarding rates and restrictions in writing! He likes to make empty promises and changes the rules as he goes along. He is not a good communicator thus creates a lot of confusion. He advertises on his truck that they offer free boxes, but each time there were no boxes on the truck. The second time I used them he sent a 25 foot UHaul truck that was over half full with items belonging with another customer!!! There was no room for all of my items! The owner gets defensive when you call him on discrepancies. He is arrogant and talks in a condescending manner to women. Hiring a moving company is supposed to help make moving less stressful. This was not the case. I was very disappointed. I would not use again! Update: In December, the owner offered to refund the $600 + via PayPal that I had paid for the second move. He tried to bribe me saying he would only refund if I removed the review that I wrote here. When I refused, he continued to harass me via phone and text messages. In February, Wayne swore out a court document now accusing me of owing him money that he refunded in December via PayPal! He has also posted negative things online about me (the customer)! Buyer Beware!

A perfect move from Virginia to Florida. From initial consultation by Wayne, the owner, the packing team and delivery team a perfect 10. Not a scratch anywhere and we received our shipment in 2 days. We are so grateful to Monarch that made this move so easy abd pricing very competitive. We have moved many times but this one was great.
