Jason is the best. Where other large companies wanted to sell me new windows from $475 to over $800 each, Jason was able to repair each defective window on site for far far much less. When I do need new windows, Iâ ll definitely hire JBs Glass. You wonâ t find a better Glass Contractor. Thanks Home Advisor !!

Replaced 157 fogged TDL glass panes and other larger pieces. Knows how to fix and repair windows. Excellent value for the price. September 23 follow-up. While my initial review was very positive, I must withdraw it. The reason is that problems arose shortly after job completion and I have been unable to reach Jason. One window failed within three weeks and I left several messages and texts but received a new response. After two months, I repaired the failed window and found that the window was too short by 5/16. This is poor quality workmanship. Upon closer inspection, I found 30 more windows that are too short. I expect them to fail over time. Now three months after job completion a skylight window has failed. The lack of follow-up and the ignoring of my calls and texts and the poor quality of work does not deserve an acceptable rating. 7/14/21 This is the second revision to my original enthusiastic review (June 2020). The owner was experiencing some personal issues after completing the job that led to my previous downgrade. I persisted first through Home Advisor (October 2020) and then the BBB (May 2021) but Jason has fulfilled his obligation as of yesterday.
