I submitted a review on Home Paramount a few years ago! Why was it removed? My experience with Home Paramount was terrible. Please put my original review back on this site.

It was a terrible experience overall. Traps were set for the mouse, and screens and a new door for my crawl space was installed. But my biggest problem, ANTS, just got worse and worse. home extermination costs $75 every three months. The mouse problem was about $200, one time payment. I called the technician back several times for the ant problem. Nothing he did got rid of the ants. I started out with ants around the kitchen sink. After the first treatment, they spread to the kitchen food cabinet as well, after the next treatment, the ants spread to the dinning room table. When I cancelled the service the ants were all over my house: bedrooms, bathroom, clothes closets AND my laptop. None of the poisons they put down worked. I stayed with Home Paramount for 6 months before I cancelled the service. I am now trying "home remedies". If you know of a reliable pest control company in Newport News or Hampton, Virginia PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

the tech was very rude! the tech has been to my home 3 times in one month to spray for ants. The first time the tech showed up when I wasn't home even though I called to say to come an hour later. The second time he came to spray I had to take off of work to meet him because they could only give me a 3 hour window. The tech came to respray yesterday and I asked him to spray the whole house and the outside. When I went outside after the tech left I noticed he left my back gate open knowing I have to dogs. he also placed used bait traps on the side of my home. After 2 hours I had more ants in my kitchen then before he sprayed. I am very unhappy with this company and will never recommend anyone to them.

the first guy to cover the holes didn't do a great job but when I called to complain they were very prompt and the second guy did a great job...took his time and got the job done...anytime I have called they came out same day....I think we have gotten the situation under control and these guys are very polite and considerate...I would highly recommend them to anyone. my contract is for one year and worth every penny! Great job Home Paramount.

They come out quarterly. They spray all around the house. If we have any problems inside they will come in and treat too. They call to set up the appointments. If we need to change it we can call. Since they have been coming we have had minimal bugs. We use to get crickets in the house I don't get  them anymore.

We had a terrible experience with them. They set some glue traps around my house, which ended up catching a possum. When I called them about picking up the possum, they refused to do it because they do not trap large game, in which I had to remove the possum personally. Then when I went to cancel their service, they tried to charge me a cancellation fee.

See above it was all terrible. Do not hire them.
