Jason Cornett is the plumber you hope for, but usually you have to settle for average. He’s experienced, efficient and just plain good at his craft. Replaced toilet and kitchen faucet, and repaired bath faucet. He’s honest, w/ straight-forward job prices, unlike competitor estimates w/vague hourly rates. On time and cleaned up.

Explain the process of fixing the problem. Quoted a decent price. Accept the job on the spot because it wasn’t major. Would have rated 5 stars but didn’t clean up anything after the job was completed.

These guys were epic. My issue was not an emergency; I just needed two leaking outside faucets replaced. They responded to the initial request almost immediately and quoted the job over the phone and got here a few hours before they promised (but they called first to be sure it was ok). Once here there was, shall we say, a little surprise because of the, shall we say, less than stellar construction that is typical of Hampton Roads houses. But they assessed, adapted and overcame and were done with both in almost exactly an hour. They were also funny and good-natured, and a joy to have here. I recommend them to anyone.
