Rick Jerrils, the Locksmith arrived early and quickly replaced the door locks and rekeyed the locks to match the front door lock. Rick was very friendly and professional.

Completed quickly and efficiently. Rekeyed 6 locks and created 6 new keys.

We made an appointment for the locksmith to install new locks in our home. The morning of the appointment, JD called and said he would be there within the hour. He showed up as promised and spent about 3 hours putting in the locks. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and did very nice work. I would definitely recommend this company.

I brought the box to the shop. The counterman found a key that would open the box and when we opened it, there was a key inside. The counterman found the exact matching key so I bought 2. They were professional and knowledgeable!

Fantastic! The arrival time had been scheduled for between 10AM & Noon. JD, the Coffey representative, called at 9 AM & said he would be here at 10 and arrived early. He looked at the locks needing rekeying as well as at our sliding door and offered alternatives for the sliding door & showed me the options. He was very professional, conscientious, courteous, and thorough in completing his work. I will definitely use Coffey for all my lock needs!

They provided the work on time, efficiently and everything works great.  They brought all the hardware that was needed and were able to rekey door locks to reduce the number of keys required for the exterior doors.  They had to enlarge the holes in the doors for the new knobs and put down a cloth to catch sawdust and debris. so no mess was left behind. I would definitely use them again.

The company was so helpful in every way. We were given a time frame of 9am-12pm. They called exactly at 9 am to notify us when they were on their way to accomplish the job. Before arriving they identified themselves over the phone. Upon arrival they provided proper identification that really made me feel at ease.  They reviewed with me all work that we called for.  All work was explained in great detail.  I really liked how they gave us a cost breakdown prior to accomplishing any work.  I would truly recommend this company to my friends and neighbors. 
They even provided details that can be accomplished at thier shop location.

1. Far Below is what happened the day Coffey's did the work.

• However, several days later I informed by phone of my concern about their too high price for their work.
• Initially Coffey's indicated that they would take no action regarding my complaint.
• But later they called all the local Subaru dealers and found that Coffey's had charged me less than 2 of the 3 dealers would have charged me but they did confirm that the one dealer I called would do the job for 50% less than what they charged me (as I stated below).
• So they refunded me the difference.
• I am now happy with the way Coffey's responded to and resolved my concern about their price
• I wish they would have told me in the initial phone call of their intent to call around and let me know the results, I would never have posted the below review on Angie's List.

Coffey's price was over 50% higher than Dealer's price! |I had previously bought a programmable ignition key for my Subaru on-line. I took it to Coffey's for cutting and programming. After the workman cut my key, he asked another man how much he should charge me. The man replied $55. It was too late for me to complain. When I got home, I called the local Subaru dealer and asked how much to program a key that I had bought on-line (I did not mention that I had already gotten the work done else where.) The Subaru dealer said they do the job for $30. This was particularly upsetting to me since I have seen a Coffey's ad stating, Why pay higher dealer prices? . In my case, their price was over 50% higher than the dealer's price.

The company showed up on time, every time. However, the person had to leave each time and come back because he didn't have everything he needed. I feel that the work was done good, but I had to clean up. They also had to come back because one of the locks was not lined up properly, but this was not really a big issue as they were very accommodating and came back promptly.

This was my second time using Coffey's Lock Shop. This
time I hired Coffey’s Lock Shop to rekey all exterior house locks. The
Technician was on time and had a positive attitude and was very knowledgeable.

Excellent fast professi9onal service

Arrived as scheduled. Price came in under estimate, Damage to the door was not brought to my attention until I inspected work. Called the office and received an nonchalant response to my concerns

We have been using Coffey for all of our lock or key work for as long as I can remember. The technician was quick in arriving, and had a positive demeanor. He brought a variety of different locks for us to choose from. The lock was replaced in just a half hour, and there were no scratches on the door, or lock when he was through. The new lock operates much easier then the old one, and the price was right.
