Made appointment with this plumber, they didn't show or call. Tried calling and left messages. No return calls. Will not bother trying to use them in the future.

From the first call to the completion of the job, MR Charles Boyce and company has been professional, responsive and a joy to do business with! I had contacted 3 companies to do the job and the price ranges were so far apart, I was concerned! When I called him back to make sure his quote was in line with the other companies, he expressed that his quote was correct for the job! He guaranteed that he will not call me and say, I would need thousands of dollars to complete, That what he quotes is to be inclusive! I felt very comfortable! The technicians worked in the attic where it had to be at least 100 degrees, everything was done in one day! Cleaned up and taken away! I highly recommend this company! Will definitely be using for additional work on my home!

Is there a 6-star rating? This team was professional, courteous, and they seemed to genuinely enjoy the work that they were doing. They cleaned up after themselves and called out a few things that we weren't aware of in the process, and checked on a few concerns that we had. The pricing was good, and they even gave us a few extra quotes for some future projects. We were having troubles finding someone to look at our ductwork having called other companies in the area and being told various things (another company tried to give us a quote without seeing the space or what needed to be done). Meanwhile, my parent's house was also, having issues with there duct work and found these gentleman first. They came out to my parent's house after being given a quote from another company for several thousand more and provided a much more reasonable quote and they completed the work needed there a few days later. My mom directed them to us, and they came the same day to look at our ductwork as well. After providing us a quote they started the next Monday, replacing our ductwork and installing new insulation in our attic. It really didn't matter if they were covered in dirt, mud or whatever else is under a house, or profusely pouring sweat after working several hours in our attic, these guys seemed to enjoy there work a great deal. So, will we hire these guys again, you bet your sweet canned corn we will. Would we recommend them to others, does your grandmother carry candy in her purse(the answer is yes, yes and oh hello yes)!

Received initial call on landline saying they would be happy to help.I called back & made appt. for estimate with a woman. I was told Tommy the supervisor would call me day of appt. to give me a time.I gave my cell # as best contact# Waited until 10:30 am day of appt. then called. The woman answered again & said she didn't have my contact number but she remembered me calling. She said she would call Tommy again & have him call me. I made sure I gave her my cell # & told her that was the best # I have not heard back.

They came within 24 hours, even though lots of other people had burst pipes. They were so knowledgable, efficient and courteous. They did outstanding work in what was a very tough situation. They actually had to disassemble a lazy Susan and take out a wall behind it to get to the problem. The remaining pipes were severely swollen, so it was not easy to find a fitting that actually fit. They also made excellent recommendations for how to take care of water damage. They are life savers!

It was very good. They installed it in January and we just noticed it was leaking, and they just came back and took care of it.

I called, needed help with replacing gas water heater. They came right out and put a new one in. I'm very pleased with their work. Thank you so much Cassidy's Plumbing !!

None. no one even called me back

Main technician and 2 helpers replaced the my 50 gallon water heater with the same brand (Bradford White) and installed a new pan and valve. Very pleased with the quickness of the work and the job they did. The new water heater was able to be installed in the same closet as the old even though it was much wider and taller so new additional modifications were needed. Basically a straight change out. From the time I called at 7 am to complete installation was about 2 hours. Couldn't be more pleased. Will definitely recommend and use them in the future. (Got an Angie's list discount).

Although a couple of days later I notice water at the base of the toilet, which I dried but the next day the water returned. I contacted Cassidy Plumbing they they returned within an hour to replace the ring and reseat the toilet, which corrected the leak. Very satisfied with their follow up service.

Fantastic--called for an appointment at 11:00 AM (not expecting anything until the next day) and they were at my door by 1PM. Highly recommended--this is the beauty of Angies List.

Excellent company! The gentleman showed up on time and accessed that we did indeed needed a new water heater and called Mr. Cassidy to bring it over and installed it immediately. I'm so glad I read the other reviews on them and took a chance as we had had very negative or overpriced services with other plumbers. They are very honest and nice guys and defiantly would recommend and use them again. I like the fact too that I, being a woman, didn't feel like they talked to me like I didn't know anything, just one of the guys. Thanks, Guys! They took off the 5% Angie's List discount immediately without me asking after I told them that I found them on it, another nice plus about them! They even gave me help with an electrician referral whom they thought was honest and fair. Feel safe to use these good people. Btw, the cost was higher than the other reviews because the builders installed the much more costly (it figures, our story of our lives) blower on top of the unit, but it is the top of the line with a 6 year warranty.

my water heater failed while i was at work. my son called with the news and followed my instructions to shut off the water supply. i drove home as soon as i was able and immediately checked angie's list for a plumber. cassidy's looked okay so i called them. they answered the phone immediately, responded quickly, worked quickly, were courteous and informative.

Our experience was wonderful.  I couldn't have asked for any better.  It was about 8 o'clock at night, I was at work and my wife calls me to say she replaced the old shut-off valve in the kitchen.  Due to a faulty part, the kitchen was promptly flooded.  Water was everywhere!  We called and Terry said he was in the area and would be over soon.  Within the next hour, our suspicions were confirmed, the valve was replaced, and he was on his way.  The valve we put in was bad.  Oh well, one flooded kitchen later, we know have a good contact for plumbing.  Thanks a bunch!
