Kenny is great. He knocks out the projects and has a high quality standard for the work. What I noticed most, in addition to the electrical work itself, was that he was very conscientious about watching out for freshly painted walls and cleaning up. He is straightforward and honest, which I value.

Ken was terrific. Due to his persistent checking he found source of problem (tripped circuit breaker in secondary electric box) He did not charge even after spending hour trouble shooting. I would recommend him to anyone that needed services.

Kenny demonstrated remarkable dedication, flexibility and stamina in this installation in cramped access to our attic and in the heat and humidity of this summer.

Great - was a quick job for him, as I expected. He was very nice and personable, professional yet down to earth, felt like a small-town guy in a big urban area, which is rare. I would recommend him to anyone.

The provider arrived as scheduled, assessed the problem and assured me the it was minor. The part he needed cost less than $2.00 and he refused to charge me extra for it. The task only took about 20 minutes and since the voucher was for 1 hour, he offered to do more work. Unfortunately, I didn't have any other electrical issues but the gesture was appreciated. I would absolutely hire them again.

He arrived early and got right to work on the items on my task list that originated from a home inspection checklist. He had no difficulties and completed all tasks in less than an hour. I'm very pleased that I could get an experienced and skilled electrician to my house and do these small but necessary for less than $100.

Kenny was excellent. He responded to my request for service within 24 hours and was available during one of my requested time slots. He asked questions via email before coming in for the service appointment so that he had a better understanding of the issue. He arrive on time and was very professional. Kenny was able to target the problem with our electrical switch immediately and make the repair. We had time left over from our deal so he offered to come back for an additional repair that we needed. I would highly recommend Kenny and K&W repair.

I purchased a deal on Angie's List because I needed a GFI outlet fixed. Kenny contacted me quickly and came out the same day. He quickly finished the first GFI and I asked him to take a look at everything else in the house in advance of an inspection before we sell the place. He found another outlet with an issue and fixed that as well. He explained everything thoroughly and solved some tricky problems. Would definitely use again!

Kenny was great! He went over and beyond installation of the exterior motion sensor light fixture. I would definitely recommend him to all.

Kenny was fantastic. He got in touch and scheduled an appointment promptly, and showed up right on time. He quickly determined that the problem was not the involved-and-probably-expensive wiring issue that the previous handyman the landlord had hired indicated it might be, and that it was actually something pretty straightforward to fix. I was expecting to need a multi-hour appointment based on what I'd heard from the previous guy, but Kenny had everything fixed and back in working order again in under an hour. He even took the time to explain to me (with illustrations!) exactly what the problem was, where the last guy went wrong, and what was involved in getting it fixed. I definitely plan to call him next time I need any electrical work done and to recommend him to my friends.

I am very pleased with the responsiveness, service, and quality of the work done. Kenny arrived on time and worked very quickly. The ceiling fan required a new metal box in order to meet current code and one of the ceiling lights I had purchased was missing a part, so Kenny did half the work on the scheduled day and then returned to complete the job once I had replaced the light at no additional charge for travel. He is clearly a professional both in the work and in the way he conducts his business; I will definitely call him again when I have need for any electrical service, and highly recommend him to others.

Kenny responded promptly to the purchase of the deal and got us on the schedule timely. We had 2 polarized outlets and he made the repair in less then 15 minutes. Thumbs up to K&W.

After he tried to install it, the thermostat I had purchased did not work with the house's current wiring, but the technician (Kenny) found out for me which Honeywell models would. He came back two weeks later to install the new one, and it works well. He also answered a couple of electricity-related questions. Additionally, he opened for me a difficult ceiling light cover and replaced a wall switch at no additional charge, which I very much appreciated. Overall, he was punctual, efficient, polite, and professional. I would most definitely recommend this business to others!

Kenny ROCKS!!! Personable, intelligent and more than fair -- not necessarily qualities one ascribes to an electrician but he has them in spades. Job turned out to be tougher and more tedious than anticipated but he didn't bat an eye -- cleared the schedule and never once complained about it. Made sense of a mess for me and I felt like I was dealing with a buddy. K&W is da place!

He diagnosed the issue with the outdoor light and fixed it without having to replace it. He then put in the timer switch and explained to me the type of new three switch face plate I needed to get. He was extremely knowledgeable and easily understandable. It was a very good experience and I would certainly use him again. He also appreciated that my need regarding getting that outside light to cut off was immediate because it shone into my aviary and kept my birds up all night. I really needed his immediate help and he responded as soon as he could. I called him on Thursday and he was here first thing on Friday morning. Now that is service and a wonderful, refreshing attitude. He was kind , understanding and competent. A rare combination nowadays. A+++++

All throughout his recommendations seemed to save me money which I really appreciated. Kenny is easy to work with and does a great job. I would hire him again in a second.

Lead electrician was professional and punctual (good) Lead electrician had needed skill and experience (good) But lead electrician left jobsite w/o notification and directed assistant to perform much of work (which was substandard--bad). When lead electrician returned, I had to ask him to correct poor work performed by assistant. Charge for parts and labor was fair.

Overall, I was satisfied. The quality of work was good. Kenny, the owner disappeared for a bit and had his apprentice with him did the work, which was a bit sub-standard. Kenny did come back to resolve any issues though.
