That was the best I have ever dealt with. The service was just great. They got here on time. They did what they said they were going to do. It was perfect.

They have been very diligent about addressing a very persistent ant problem. It took multiple visits to control the situation but they never gave up and were always very service oriented. The treatment took 4 visits in order to get it completely under control, which concerned me. But it was ultimately effective and successful.

I meant to order only 1 "voucher" from Angie's List for Southern Pest Control, but I accidentally ordered 2. That was the initial reason for my refund request. However, when Southern Pest Control came out, the service professional charged me $85.00 during the time of the service. So I will need a full refund from Angie's List since apparently, Southern Pest Control did not honor the voucher or was unaware that I had purchased one at all.

The serviceman was friendly and arrived on time. We spoke about the purchased service and he verified each step, which involved spraying both inside and outside, and told me not to let anyone walk barefoot in the sprayed areas while drying. Because I have a toddler there were certain areas that I requested not sprayed and he was very understanding. He heavily treated outside and carefully treated inside. We have not had any issues with bugs for a little over a year. I was pleased with my purchase and HIGHLY recommend the company!

He sprayed and it worked a few days and now the ants are back.

The service was quite good. They were able to come out the same day that I called them. The technician was a few minutes early for his appointment and gave us time to finish cleaning up while he started spraying outside. Didn't take very long and we only had to leave the house for an hour after completion. For someone that only wants an insect or bug service once or twice per year, this was a great option.

It was terrible. They're the worst company ever. They came out a couple months ago. They weren't too good at spraying the inside, I don't know what they did on the outside because it didn't seem like they did much. The wife and I got in the car and we drove around for 5 or 6 minutes and by the time we got back they were gone. I won't be using them anymore. I didn't spend anything extra.

It took maybe 10 minutes which seemed rather quick to me to actually do a thorough job.

They were fine. Nothing really stood out. They did what they were suppose to do and that was it.

The exterminator was late for the appointment, but the company called me 5 minutes before my scheduled time to let me know about the delay. When he arrived he was very clear about everything he was going to do and how long it would take. I was very pleased with both the exterminator, who was polite and friendly, as well as the company, as a whole.
