Excellent!

We are building a house that resembles Charleston style with a front portico and double decker side porches. With their advice we decided to go with sand colored decorative pea gravel and a brick border. While in the planning and scheduling phase Lonnie was quick and easy to get a hold of, during production I don't think a day went by that he didn't contact me or send me pictures of the progress. He professionally dealt with a few angry neighbors, removed a ton of dirt- after leveling out there was more left over than any of us planned for, he cleaned up a pile of junk left by our contractors, worked with our landscape designer to place sleeves were necessary for irrigation and the last day he literally walked around with a hand brush and swept off the bricks to make sure the site was perfect when he left. 
We've had a terrible experience while building. To work with someone who communicates and cares about their work was a breath of fresh air! Icing on the cake, a time lapse video of the project. We've been taking pictures and videos throughout the build, this was a great addition.

Lonnie and his crew were awesome. We had a busted up front porch made of old brick and sand, which looked bad and was leaking water through to the timbers under the house. Lonnie came by a handful of times to discuss options, take pictures, etc. and after reviewing his quote against several others, we felt comfortable moving forward. They did a really nice job. The porch looks completely different. Lonnie personally came by before, during and after the job to make sure we were happy. I would certainly recommend Oakland!
