We do not use call centers nor do we leave the phones in the hands of the technician on call. You will be connected directly with one of our Facilitators of Awesome Customer Experiences. She will ensure that your problem is addressed quickly by a professional, and will check on you after your service to make sure everything went smoothly. Our service professionals can handle any problem that you may have, from drains backing up, to water leaking, toilets running, garbage disposals failing, we have you covered. "Valued Customer, I apologize you were unhappy with the service we provided. Our technician did respond on a weekend to diagnose the dishwasher and found that the problem was within the dishwasher. I do see on the invoice from January 25th that the charge was our standard diagnostic fee, which is less than what has been stated. On the invoice the technician also noted that a portion of the diagnostic fee would be credited to installing a new dishwasher in the future. In looking further into the job, I do remember that I had spoken with Mrs. **** after the weekend service call regarding the diagnostic fee. After the second phone call from Mrs. ***** we were under the impression that there was a clear understanding of the events and the standard service charge, if there had been any indication that there was still unhappiness regarding the charges, I would have forwarded all of the information to our owner. We make every effort to ensure our customers are happy with our service and are sorry that we were unable to repair your problem. Respectfully, Mr. Rooter of Richmond"
I felt very well taken care of by all of their technicians, and they were all friendly, professional and funny, which really helped soften the blow of this huge mess.
Overall- i have had some serious issues at my house in the past year, and i enjoyed working with this company the best. The broken pipe outside was an easy fix luckily, but the broken pipe inside was a true mess. I was very upset, and they worked quickly, cleanly and did an excellent job explaining what to do next, even offering me free advice on how i can fix some items myself.
I would not hesitate using this company in the future, and would absolutely recommend them for any future plumbing jobs.

having a major sewer line issue. It started out as a nightmare, dealing
with a couple companies through the Home Warranty?.it was a blessing in
disguise that after the initial service call, we had more issues over the
weekend and the Home Warranty vendor wouldn?t even call us back, so we were
approved to use our own company. After checking Angieslist, we called Mr.
Rooter. It wasn?t until late Sunday night after completing another big job,
but Mr. Rooter made sure to send a service man out. He immediately was
more knowledgeable and did what he could that night?we ended up needing a
camera scope which led to discovering a busted sewer line.
From that point forward, the situation just got worse but
Paul and Heather were absolutely amazing. Once the crew started digging,
they uncovered that someone had nicked the line and tried to ?repair? it with
electrical tape, a Verizon FIOS had bored their pipe right through our sewer
line, and a huge boulder had been left crushing our sewer line from the
original build. Both Paul and Heather worked tirelessly to find out which
utility companies had done the damage and worked with us to begin the process
of escalating for repayment. They took pictures all along the way and
made sure to explain everything to us and keep us updated on the progress and
remaining work needed. They finished the work in just a few days, even
though it was a huge job. Each evening, they made sure to leave
everything in a working fashion so we were able to stay in the house throughout
the repairs.
This situation could have been a much worse experience just
given the nature of the damage and the issues, but I credit Mr. Rooter of
Richmond entirely with making the process as short, smooth, and stress-free as
possible. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter and will definitely use them
again in the future.

The cheapest option was to replace two washers...for....are you ready for this?... $273. Thank you but no. I can work on it for quite some time myself for $273. Like I said, I could forgive no call and having the job description wrong. But $273 for replacing washers?
