Called and got an appointment within 24 hours - worked around my schedule.

I called and the technician came out that evening at exactly the time promised! A part was needed so he made an appointment to return the next day. He arrived again exactly as promised and did the repair. The estimate was right on. The technician, Chris, was extremely informative and made recommendations about how to minimize water leakage during defrosting over night. The freezer is working like a charm!

I called about 4:00pm, Charlie responded about 6:00pm and set a time to come the next morning at 8:00am. He was here at exactly at 8, diagnosed and repaired the refrigerator by 8:30. He had the necessary part in his truck. The service was perfect!

Prompt and courteous, I would definitely call again.

I needed quicker help than I could get from folks I had used in the past. I called Affordable and was told Charlie would call me right back if he was not involved in a job. Within about an hour he called and told me where he was and that he would be at my house in about 10 minutes (he was). He went right to work, being careful to move whatever might fall when he moved the refrigerator. In about 20 minutes he was finished and advised me to not open the refrigerator for several hours to allow the cold to build up. He was efficient, friendly, and capable. I'm very pleased.

With the ice bucket full of water and my Ben & Jerry's Chunky Monkey ice cream (along with steaks, chicken, tilapia fillets) quickly thawing in the freezer I franticly called around for somebody to service our broken GE Profile side by side refrigerator. I found "Home Appliance" on Angie's List and gave them a call. They told me a serviceman would have to call back. I always hate to hear, "somebody will call you back", but within 20 minutes I received a call from "Mark" who was out on a call. He said he could come by in an hour and was at my door within 45 minutes along with another technician. They quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair with a part they had in stock. Food saved! Both men were very professional, polite and efficient. I will definitely be calling Home Appliance for future needs. FYI, the service call price ($59) was the same price another company quoted (but waiting for them would have cost me a couple hundred dollars in spoiled food).

Called around 11am on a Saturday and Chris was at my house within two hours. He said they usually have someone working on Saturday and can give same day service if you call before noon. He knew exactly what to do and had the machine working again in less then an hour.

They called back to set an appointment promptly and then were right on time when they came. He told me it it needed a new igniter, told me price and labor cost for the part, then installed it. He then found the oven still would not heat. The gas valve was shot. He informed me the price and labor of that and we agreed that it was not cost effective to proceed. He then took out the new igniter he had installed and replaced the old, broken one. He charged me only for the base service call, nothing for labor! He was professional and courteous at all times. I would definitely call them again and have told all of my friends of this experience. Though I didn't anticipate having to buy a new stove, I am happy with the outcome of the call, due to his honest evaluation and advice.

This company provided wonderful service and they did great work. They were responsive to my phone call and they were here in a timely manner. They had fair pricing and they were nice folks to deal with. They waited a few days and then did a follow up call to make sure everything was working okay. I was pleased with Home Appliance.

They were very honest and told me it would cost twice as much to fix my freezer than just to buy a new one. They only charged me the service fee to come to my home. This company has been around since 1986 and has been doing a great job ever since.

This is a great company and the technician did a real good job. He was very friendly, honest and professional. The company is trustworthy and has been around for along time. The technician cleaned up very well and my dishwasher works like new.

Our old Maytag finally died and we were going to scrap it. The guy from affordable was great because he said it was a great old model and he could rebuild it, in which he did a great job. He was punctual and gave us good advice and got the dryers motor installed quickly so we didn t have to go long without a dryer. Their service was awesome and I would never go anywhere else.

I am not sure what was wrong to make it leak. It was something small as the repair bill was only around $50. We were happy about that. We had used these guys once before for the same washing machine. I know it was very affordable that time as well.

I gave this company a perfect score because they really amazed me. The first time it cost about $100 and the problem happened again, so they came back a second time and brought the right part and fixed it for free.

I'm not exactly sure what Affordable did to repair the washing machine but they did it on the first visit. It only took an hour and they did a fine job. It has been working well ever since and they didn't overcharge me.

We called Home Appliance and they came out right away. They did a very good job and seemed knowledgeable. Their service guy was friendly and helpful. They were a good local business and you could count on their help in a hurry. Nobody wanted to wait too long when something does go on the blink.
