360 Plumbing is an absolute all-star for any of your Plumbing needs. They were able to get a guy out same day to look at a few issues I had going on due to the fact I had an active leak. The responsiveness and professionalism was unmatched and the technician who came out, Devin, was quick to action and saved me from further water damage then I already had. He had the parts on his truck to fix the burst pipe, was able to give me a very competitive quote on a tankless water heater that they completed within the week, and have always taken the time to answer any questions I have and make sure I am comfortable with the services/products I was getting. You may be able to find someone cheaper, but you will never find a company that offers better service, is more responsive, stands behind their work, and shows up when they say they are going to. Used many different plumbers through the years, but will never use another. Don't waste your time or go throught he stress of dealing with less reliable plumbers and go with the best from the start.

Jim Taylor from 360 Plumbing located and repaired a leak that was coming from my master shower. He arrived on time, was friendly and knowledgeable, and explained everything to me in language I could understand without “talking down to me”. Jim completed the work quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up well after he was finished. I highly recommend him and will not hesitate to use him again.

I called during the "Great Freeze of Richmond" in a panic after our pipes froze! This was in early January and my review is long overdue. They were so courteous and prompt, and ended up being more affordable than I imagined. Peace of mind is a beautiful thing that these hard-working guys truly provide. I genuinely cannot express my gratitude!

Our husband and I bought a home with a 17-year-old hot water heater and wanted to replace it before it went bad and/or flooded our bottom level. Our realtor recommended 360 Plumbing and they helped us price out a traditional hot water heater vs. tankless. Because we don't have natural gas and the cost of installing the necessary plumbing for a tankless was too involved, we decided to go with a traditional water heater. They also noticed that the type of piping going into the old water heater wasn't ideal so they recommended replacing it in order for the water heater to function best and enhance its durability - they are very knowledgeable and detail-oriented. It was easy to schedule with the owner, Bob, who was always very responsive. They installed the new water heater and hauled away the old one for a very reasonable price and within 2.5 hours. We've already used them again to remove the pop-up part of our tub drain so we could use a better hair catcher and avoid constant clogging (I have a lot of hair). We will definitely be lifelong customers of 360 Plumbing LLC.

They sent someone out and as it turned out the person that came to our house went and looked at the well and said I can't help you this is a drilled well. He still charged us $89 and did nothing since he did not know anything about wells. The man that answered the phone should have said "what type of well do you have?" or I am sorry we do not know anything about wells you will have to call someone else.

Bob Mancino arrived right on time and went to work on the stopped toilet.  After a few minutes he got the clog removed.  He then checked the inside and realized the water level wasn't correct (probably a factor in the clog), fixed that as well as making adjustments to make a smoother flush.  He then checked my other 2 toilets and made the same adjustments on them.  
Next he fixed my kitchen faucet and stopped the water leak that occured when the water was turned on.  On to the master bath and changed the "guts" of my faucet that had just recently started to drip.
In just an hour Bob unclogged a toilet, fixed all 3 toilets, and 2 faucets!  He also made recommendations on one of the toilets that will probably need to be replaced in the near future. We will definitely call him for that job.

Bob with 360 Plumbing did a fine job replumbing our master bathroom shower.  As part of our renovation, we removed the wall where the original plumbing resided and needed the plumbing moved to a new wall.  Bob sorted out the puzzle of running new copper pipes, installed the new diverter, and carefully explained how to install the final pieces once the tiling work was completed.  He offered to help me install the last pieces if I couldn't figure them out.  As an experienced handyman I can do simple plumbing such as installing faucets but I'm very glad I hired a professional to run these new copper pipes.  Bob and his apprentice worked very hard to make sure the pipes were installed properly, had no leaks, and accommodated all my design preferences.  I would happily use them again. 

The install went great and exceeded our expectations.  Bob and his team were super responsive and kept the lines of communication open with us throughout the process.  
We ordered the heat pump ourselves and it was delivered without the proper fittings.  Bob contacted the manufacturer and got them to overnight the missing parts at no charge.  He kept in touch with us while waiting for delivery of the parts, and when they arrived he scheduled service the next day.  
We have limited space where the heat pump was being installed.  Bob suggested the best placement for the heater which provides the best access to the controls and minimizes the view of the piping.  He went above and beyond to place the piping behind the unit and then explained the various shut offs and how the system works.  He even helped us program the unit.  
I highly recommend 360 Plumbing.  I will definitely call them again.

These guys are amazing! Not only did they save me a ton of money and prevented the replacement of my tankless water heater but they spent a lot of time giving me tips on how to prevent future plumbing calls. Imagine that, a company that put the customer ahead of the all mighty dollar! I recommend these guys and the are local, neat and very helpful.....not to mention reasonably priced.
