About us

Envirogrow Lawn & Landscape is a full service residential and commercial maintenance company serving the Northern Virginia Area. We have been in business for over twenty years. Envirogrow is fully insured and has a Class A Virginia Contractors License. Our crews are uniformed, well trained and each crew is overseen by an English speaking supervisor. Chemical and pesticide applicators are certified by the state of Virginia. The office staff is courteous and responsive to a client’s needs. We perform all levels of maintenance from a simple weekly or biweekly lawn mowing to full service twelve month turnkey maintenance plans. Landscape enhancements, new plantings and annual flowers are an integral part of our service business.

I purchased a Big Deal for aeration and over seeding. We added an option for organic compost spread of the front and side yard. They scheduled the appointment almost immediately after purchasing the service. They were extremely communicative and responsive to emails and questions. The arrived as scheduled and cleaned up completely. The driveway and walkway were free of any debris and dirt from the service.

I purchased the Angie's List deal for aeration and over-seeding from Envirogrow. They contacted me very promptly and suggested a couple of add-ons, which I purchased the lime treatment. I asked for a Friday appointment and they said the first Friday appointment would be a couple of weeks away, which was fine. Then I received a call and they left a message they were showing up on the following Monday. I was worried about a drainage pipe in my yard, which is why I wanted to be here. So they told me to mark it and they would know it was there. So I put three small markers in the yard. The problem with not being here is that they stopped aeration and seeding past the three little markers. Wasn't much area but an area that was fairly compacted so I wanted it done. The other thing I noticed was that many of the plugs were about a inch deep which means they aeration machine was not heavy enough to go down deep enough to really aerate.
