Park Fairfax is one of the oldest housing developments that we deal with and there is usually quite a bit of damage to these tubs due to the age. While it is not necessary to fix every single nook, chip, or scratch for it to be a good looking tub, our customers are always given the option to fill imperfections at a cost. Our material is applied professionally, and even so we are only going to be able be as smooth as what is underneath the material. Your comments at the time were that you just wanted to clean up the tub. I feel as though we were able to deliver exactly what we promised you, and the tub was definitely done within the standards of the quality work we have been able to deliver over the years. I believe that you will have the same success that everyone else has had with the durability over the years and your warranty protects you for the next three years. I feel as though the plumbing issue has made you feel poorly about us and for that, I apologize. We have had our share of plumbers come out to service our customers in that area because we are not plumbers and would never get involved in any plumbing projects, especially in Park Fairfax. We always lead you to deal with the plumbers that Park Fairfax recommends because even outside plumbers seem to have to wait for them to get anything done. I heard from you the one time and directed you to these same plumbers because they might have to shut the water off. These parts were never removed during our process, so if there was damage, it was done in the turning on/off of the water which I apologize for. Unfortunately, even if we we caused it, the response would still be to contact these plumbers since they are able to complete the necessary work. When we clean tile, we always tell you exactly what we can and cannot do for you. As with all of our customers, we did clean a portion of the wall to show you what the difference would be if we performed the cleaning. After seeing the difference in that area, we only then proceeded to clean the rest of the wall and re-caulk for you at your request. We did instruct you that there was another way to clean, but it was much more expensive and you did not want to proceed with that process. After we had finished, you gave only positive comments about the tile. This would be an area I would be happy to address any shortcomings you feel there were with the tile. Please feel free to call me and I apologize if you feel in any way that we are not responsive because we could not perform the work needed to fix your plumbing problem."
