They arrived close to reservation time and got right to work; I had an exterior light that was not working. They quickly removed the light and found the sensor switch was not working. They rewired the light to work directly off the switch (which is what I wanted). Only took them about 15 minutes and I was a happy customer.

Excellent. The techs were very professional and did the job thoroughly and quickly. Love my new light!

they arrived on time. The were able to install the fan on to a slanted 12' high ceiling with out difficulty . Cleaned up after themselves

Service was great. Two electricians put in two lights and one had to be wired from crawl space in attic. Great job and very happy with their service

Was very pleased with the electrical maintenance work performed on two (2) separate occasions by Seven Hills. James was knowledgeable, on time, and kept me informed of each task. Seven Hills has established itself now as our primary electrical contractor.

The process was extremely simple and the staff was awesome. Work was very well done, and staff was extremely pleasant/courteous. Only negative I could offer is that we didn't get a written estimate - but we didn't think to ask for one either.

Had a tech come out to quote electrical work and was met with a quote that was absurd. A job that 4 prior electricians had quoted around $600 for, Seven Hills was close to $3000. The estimator was on time and got right to it with the quote but when he was finished i was led to believe that all of these unneeded items were a definite, including permit pulling, disconnection and re connection fees. Was even told my rods were in need of replacement but other electricians stated mine were in concrete and we in excellent condition. The main job was $2450 +/- and the second job was $600, but was told if i did both they would do the $600 one for free. Was not impressed at all with the sales tactics and overall dishonesty of the quote I received. In the future Seven hills will not be on m list of electricians.

I used Seven Hills Electric yesterday to install recessed lights in my kitchen (there were none there previously). Also had them install multiple light fixtures, install a plug, and replace a ceiling fan. I was very pleased with the work AND the price. Matt and Travis were on time, got the job done and was easy to work with. Matt kept me informed all along the way and I am sure I will have them back to do some other electrical work around my house.

Very happy with work quality, ability to show up when scheduled, and care taken during work and clean-up afterwards. They work very efficiently. As a licensed builder of very high end ($1MM+) homes and Class A contractor myself, It is difficult to find good and competent contractors/companies. This company is exceptional and provides very good value and services compared to the vast majority of other contractors. I would especially recommend this company for jobs where there is an existing homeowner who is concerned about picking a reputable or ethical contractor and is worried about being scammed or burned by unscrupulous contractors. Seven Hills Electric got the work done with care for a fair price and I was confident that it is well done. I find them to be very ethical and trustworthy as I did not tell them that I was a builder and professional engineer. They did not try to up-sell or over-sell me on anything. The did the job well, commented when they saw something that could be done at the same time, and worked very hard both times I had them do jobs for me.

He is a master electrician very committed very professional. The oven no longer sticks out from the wall. It now sits flush with the back of the wall.

Punctual, polite service. Wore shoe covers each time coming into house. Explained things well and completed work with seemingly best practices.

The guys were running a little late from prior job assignment but came in and started work quickly. They finished the job within an hour which was wonderful but I paid for two hours work. He gave me his card and told me they would make up the additional hour for a future project just to give him a call. I will use these guys on future projects.

This job sounds simple on paper, but the room the cable was moved from is over an addition, so the crawlspace situation was very tricky (almost impossible). The job would have taken an additional person and much more time than anticipated. Instead of quitting, the service provider, James, came up with an alternative solution that met my requirements. The quote never changed and I did not worry additional charges might pop up without being told. James was very professional and friendly and we are very pleased. One thing to note, however, was the communication from their office team. It was less pleasing. We used the email contact form on their website and the email communications were short and not very helpful. Once our estimate request was scheduled to James, everything went great. He was always prompt and called ahead.

Great service, courteous, friendly and professional. Was able to install fan without additional holes in drywall like other electricians suggested.

It went very well. The crew was awesome. They explained what was being done as they went along. They did pre and post testing for air leakage. Post was a considerable difference!

Matt was great!!!! He arrived on time and found a bad sensor on my motion detector and a blown bulb on my flood light. Matt traveled to Goochland to locate the correct Stealth detector for my unit. He replaced the bad motion detector and light bulb and explained what caused the above units to malfunction and how to prevent the same issues from recurring. He redirected my motion detector to allow better lighting and a quicker response time when movement is detected. Thanks Matt!!!! The light is working perfectly and your customer service was outstanding. I look forward to working with you in the future.

Work was minor, but they did an excellent job. Matt was on time and professional. I had 2 light switches (original builders grade, came with house 28 years ago) go bad at about the same time and also wanted a smoke alarm installed. Only took 20 or so minutes. I felt the charge was fair and the work done quickly & easily.

Terrific. Personable, got a lot done within the deal time frame. And done well. Definitely jope to get same electrician again.

We had Seven Hills out here nearly a year ago and they were very professional and did an excellent job, so we asked them back to help with a concern we had about brown outs and dips in power. We had called Dominion Power about this, and Dominion said the problem was with our home and to call an electrician, so this time we did. Bruce and Caleb came out and could not have been nicer. They checked everything very carefully and told me what we needed to do so Dominion would recognize where the problem really was. While here we discussed how problematic power was in our neighborhood and they recommended a surge suppressor for the house. A few years ago we had a quote from another company who wanted double what Bruce quoted us for the suppressor, and since we could actually afford the price Seven Hills quoted we said Yes. We are very happy with that install. Just 2 days later we had another partial power outage and I did what Bruce suggested -- confirmed with the neighbors that the problem was not just our home and had them call the power company too. Dominion was out here that very day. They worked on the transformer nearest our house and we have not had the problem since. I strongly recommend Seven Hills. I really liked that they took their time to explain what they were doing and they were very, very nice. Not only were they much nicer than those bigger companies that advertise on local TV but their prices were better too.

Didn't have service this time as described above but they are very nice and responsive.

I purchased the 2 hour deal for $150... ended up being more than 2 hours of work. More like 3.5 hours and then another $100 for supplies I didnt have. So an extra $230. They were great, nice, got us scheduled quickly, etc. But with hindsight I think I would prefer to know how much the job would cost up vs. buying the deal... I don't really feel like I got a "deal." Will use them again but will get an estimate for the job vs buying a "deal."
