I think they are rather expensive. It goes rather quickly. I would say it took 45 minutes. I didn't really come in contact with any of the workers, just the reception staff. Everything was fine. They explained everything on a print out on what was done. I think they could work on the pricing. I think they are rather expensive. I think you can get an oil change somewhere else for a lot less, so I think they are rather expensive for the services at the dealership.

New struts for vehicle and warranty was still in force; however, they made me do all of the work of locating this information and tried to charge me $500.00 for a new key fob. They were not extremely professional - with the intake professional acting as if I was bothering him or he would rather be anywhere else. I have been happier with McGeorge Toyota, with Hank in their Service Department.

Was treated fairly and promptly and with a price better than expected after having shopped around a good deal. Their policy seems to be to quote a final price at the beginning of the transaction and to stand behind it when you show up to make the purchase. Emails were always answered promptly, sometimes within minutes, and were always responsive to requests or questions. These folks don't fool around; they want to do business. They were never pushy or hard sell, but more like, and quot;Here's the deal. What would you like to do?and quot;
The finance guy did want to sell a paint protection package, but a simple no, we don't want that made the pitch disappear. The whole deal, once the decision was made, was short, sweet, and to the point.

While driving on 295 outside of Richmond, VA, the Toyota Solara we were driving was hit by an 18-wheeler from behind, spinning us 360 degrees across two lanes of traffic and into the bushes on the side of the road. The car was hurt, but we were totally unscathed. We were towed to Mechanicsville Toyota where they looked over the car to make sure it was safe to continue our trip to North Carolina. James Beach and the other employees were friendly and welcoming and couldn't have been nicer to all of us. They brought us water, including my dog, and immediately set us up comfortably in the lounge while they inspected the car, and finished up in less than an hour. When asked what the charge would be for their service, the reply was, "Oh, nothing. Your day has been bad enough already." Have to say it was the best experience at an auto dealership I have ever had, and, being 64 years old, I've been through my share of them.

They are owned by a different auto service company and their policies are the same. Their personals are first class. I will recommend them highly enough. We purchase our automobiles from them and have been using them for over twenty years.
