Their service is always fine. They are trustworthy and don't try to pressure me. They do exactly what they say.

Called to make the appointment and was seen the next day. Left my car and picked it up after work. They showed me the nail that was extracted from my tire and had taped it on the receipt for me to evaluate. I had been losing air in that tire and my sensor kept going off.

They're easy to get appointments with. They're more than willing to work with you timewise. I have never had my car return for fixing what they have done. Their price is hard to say because I really don't know how they compare it to anybody else, but it seems reasonable to me because I keep going back. The dealership is clean! I have never had anything negative to say about their repair service department. They took care of me for four years. I have been very luck in finding these people. They are decent with what they do. They take the time with me, and they're honest with me. I'm a loyal customer, so all I ask is their honesty.

We trust them. Impressively, they do first class work. The service price is covered with the purchase price. It's a 2010 Honda and we only had it serviced once. Whenever I call them, they are ready to serve. They do it when they say they are going to do it and sometimes they do it sooner. That's the only place that we have our car serviced.

Mechanicsville Honda had called us and said there was a recall in which we knew nothing about. They set up the appointment and had done all the work. I was pleasantly surprised that they had done so much work and did not charge us anything. They had given us a detailed statement and the work came to $760. The shuttle service they provide is great, they took us home and brought our car to us when it was done.

Honda is good. The waits are usually minimal and they are pretty honest. We have never had a problem with them and we have sent several Hondas to them over the years. We are satisfied with them.

I really like this particular Honda dealership. They are extremely nice in terms of dealing with women. They are reliable, pleasant to talk to, and patient when you're trying to explain things to them. Now, I also drive out of my way to use this dealership even though there is one that is closer to my home. I actually make a twenty five minute haul to get there. I feel it is worth the time though. Although I can't remember the specific costs they were very reasonable. I paid only a few hundred dollars for a whole lot of work including putting in some new parts.
