the Communication was awful I ask them to test for mold in my condo from a past water leak they came out. Tested then told me it would take 7or 8 days for results they didn't come back until 2 weeks I had to call them 5 times to get the results not a good. Experience

As home owners, we need to check behind the work people do on your home. My problem stems from one job affected another job and now I have a huge problem .

They were very professional and helpful. When there was a discrepancy in my report (caused by a miscommunication on my end), they immediately fixed the report and sent out a new one. The only problem, and it is a very small one, is that it was scheduled for 9:30-10:30 and they didn't arrive until 1:30. But they did call to let me know this a little after ten. Overall I would highly recommend them and was very happy with my service.

Their communication with me was extremely limited. I guess they communicated with the insurance agency, but I would have appreciated more information directed my way. I don't honestly know much about what they did!

They were able to fit us in under short notice, they tested samples for asbestos and promptly provided me with verbal results, and then followed up with a written report for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Ecosystems.

Econsystems responded quickly to my request for a mold test, as it is a matter that should be addressed promptly. They set up an appointment within less than a day, and performed extensive testing of my entire property where the problem existed. The report was very detailed and covered all the facts. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I needed results back by Thurs due to a flooring contractor starting work. They promised they could deliver the results by COB the next day (Wed) or 9:00 a.m. Thurs at the latest. I had to call several times to get the results by 10:00 am after the contractor arrived at 8:00. They gave me some numbers over the phone, but not until after we told the contractor to proceed assuming the results were positive. They promised an E-mail that day, which I just received today (one week later), though I paid extra for it to be expedited. First really negative experience I've ever had with a service magic referral, and a huge waste of $330.
