They were relatively timely in scheduling the visit to collect samples, but were not very proactive in keeping me apprised of the test results, although they would respond when I contacted them. For example, they cancelled our first appointment due to an emergency--which was fine, but I then had to call them after they were nearly an hour late for the rescheduled visit to see if they were still coming (about an hour and a half late by the time they arrived). Then I had to call again when I'd heard nothing about the results several days after they said they'd contact me. I'm still waiting on the written report several days after I was promised it. Overall, they did exactly what I needed done, were friendly, and did respond to phone calls that I initiated. My results were available (verbally) in less than a week. However, I didn't exactly feel like a valued customer who's time mattered.

Since it was a test for Asbestos I really cannot review the work quality. I had to wait one day longer than promised to get the results over the phone and one more day to get the report per email. But all together it was much faster than I assumed it would take from reading other reports. Therefore I am very satisfied with the company and would recommend it.

Customer Service was not good at all. It took a week to get the results of the lab and the report which should have been written is almost a week late is delaying the work I need to get completion. No one has followed-up with me and I had to call them repeatedly about getting the report.

Customer service was great. They sent me an update to my appointment & kept me posted on my lab results.

I got the CEO and she came immediately and was knowledgeable, helpful and kind.

As mentioned by others, the company took the time to educate about the asbestos testing process. The testing was more thorough than I expected, meaning that more samples were collected than I expected, but as a result the final report clearly delineated which surfaces needed remediation and which did not. This provided peace of mind.

We hired Ecosystems to test for asbestos in our house. Linda and her crew know what they are doing and what 5 star service means. We must have spent an hour on the phone talking about asbestos before we hired her and she has been patient throughout. You can tell she's passionate about what she does and wants to help her customers. Bravo - I wish all businesses operated the way hers does. Thanks for being a true asset to our community!

My husband reported he was there for 20 minutes, identified a leak under the porch in our crawl space and that was it. I expected them to fix it if it was something so simple. But they don't fix things, they only find them. For $400 they should be able to throw a little duct tape over the leak.

Very prifessional. And knowledgable. Offered excellent advice and did not try to sell something we didn't need.

Extremely professional. Personable, clean and neat. Turned a bad experience into a pleasant working experience. These Guys are so good that they are the only show in town. Highly recommend!
