The Project Mgr. Randy, did a good job of followup on the work, as snow, delayed our install by a few days. The techs showed up at 8:00am Saturday and performed a beautiful clean install. I will use them in the future. Recommended!

Professional, good quality for the price, able to get in the schedule quickly. Only note is that I had to initiate follow up to confirm appointments and to schedule install after quote. But overall a very positive experience

I worked with Randy who is the owner and provided the estimate. During the entire process he was very responsiveness and answered all the questions I had. Long story short, the work was done to perfection. The refinished floors look brand new and could not be happier. Price was definitely reasonable based on other estimates that I received. I would definitely recommend using Floortechs for any flooring projects.

We had our Nail salon done by Floor techs. Randy quickly responded to all our requests and questions. We found him very professional and knowledgeable. Customer service was excellent. The price was reasonable. The team that worked with him, Victor and Santos did an excellent job. They even did a wall with the same flooring for free. The work was completed on time. Great work. Randy was great and came to my house for an estimate. The original bid was too high and Randy was willing to negotiate with a competitors bid. A three man crew came and took care of the job within about 5.5 hours which is super fast considering they had to install the laminate on 14 steps and do two bedrooms totaling about 400sqft. Definitely recommend this company for your flooring needs.

I hired Floortech to install laminate flooring for me in a large area. Floortech didn't follow basic manufacturing instructions for installing the floors. They butted the laminated directly against the walls which is prohibited by most manufacturers. I told Randy Perez about it the first day of installation; however, his employee said that they will fix it after they install all of the flooring. After Floortech finished installed the floors, Randy Perez stopped answering his phone. This company should be avoided at all cost. If the customer doesn't know anything about laminate floors but want a quick and terrible job, hire FloorTech.

"This customer is actually a contractor/builder in the Potomac MD area who is a con-man and a liar taking advantage of contractors to do his work for free and not pay. 3 months have passed after job was completed. We have repeatedly called and emailed him with no answers after job was completed for payment. He did it to the contractor who was originally hired to do the floor. He didn't want to pay him for the removal of the existing floor so he walked out on him. He then hired us. We have filed a lawsuit against Craig[Customers name withheld at their request] which is why he is now posting fictitious reviews to harm our flawless reputation. Flooring was completed per instructions."

Floortech staff was extremely professional and did an outstanding job. They brought my hard wood floors back to life after being covered with carpet for over 15 years. The staff was knowledgeable and efficient. They refinished about 650 square feet in under 8 hours.

They do not come prepared with coverings to protect your other floors (I.e., we have new carpet). The installers planned to just walk back and forth without protective coverings on their feet or without drop cloths or anything. My husband had to go to Home Depot and purchase painters tarps to put down to protect our new carpet from damage because they were not planning to do anything. Also, dust was everywhere so move as much as you can.

Overall, I am happy. Randy was responsive, polite,and punctual. The FloorTechs crew was also punctual and polite and tried to make sure we approved of the work at each step. I really appreciate that the crew left with the area clean. The reason I give four stars instead of five is because I can see a clear boot print in the refinished floor. It wasn’t obvious to me until the floor was dried. I don’t care too much though because I plan on putting an area rug there anyway.

Professional and very eager to please. Martin, our floor refinisher, was wonderful. Obviously knew what he was doing and did a GREAT job. Absolutely no complaints from start to finish. Would totally use them again. And just may do that if I can talk my husband into letting someone else install the laminate flooring in the basement!
