+ -1 moreAsked for a reissue rate and discount (I have used these guys 4 times int he past 3 years for the same property). Initial quote came back $1000 higher than 3 others that I received quotes from. When I told them that this was a reissue and I was a pevious customer, they acted like they did not know. They own the previous title so they have to know and I have closed 4 times with them in the last 3 years. They then dropped the price $900. That was still higher than anyone else. I ended up going with another company where the lenders title insurance reissue rate was $2.54 per thousand dollars of loan amount FYI. I know I overpaid the first 4 times I have losed and there is nothing I can do about that. Don't make the same mistake I made.
