I thought they were great.  I pulled into the shop to get an estimate.  They quickly gave me a reasonable estimate and then quickly scheduled me in for a repair for the next day.  They were very professional.

JP was great via email (website submitted) and the phone to set me up with an appointment.  Once Paul saw the damage he and JP wrote an estimate on the spot; and I agreed to leave the car and take their loaner car.  My car was done the next morning at the price they estimated.  They did price out what it would cost extra ($85) to pull the hood and they said they would call first if that was needed but it was not.  The dent is completely *undetectable* and Paul is a master at this after 16 years!  I cannot recommend them highly enough.  This is probably the best auto repair experience I've ever had.  Check out facebook.com/DentMastersDC and instagram.com/paulkordondentrepair for great examples of what they can do.

Easy to schedule, excellent communication by the team. They presented two options. I went with their recommendation to drill and finish from the inside, and I'm very glad I did. When they were through, I couldn't tell there had ever been any dent at all! Not even a wrinkle in the body line. And the small plug needed to seal the hole was completely inconspicuous, blending in with other plugs already in the door frame from the factory. Can't remember the price, but it was very reasonable.

I had about 20 shallow dents on the top of my car from a brief hail storm a few weeks back. Because the car was fairly new I wanted to repair it but did not did not think it was worth the hassle (and cost) of a typical repair job. In researching options I came across some videos on "paintless dent repair" or PDR. This technique actually bends back (or pulls out) the dents via various techniques. Doing it this way keeps the original paint, making sanding/repainting unnecessary. Essentially, the car is brought back to its original condition.  It won't work for every kind of damage - especially where the paint is not intact, but for simple dents it looked like a very good option. Deciding to give it a try, I used Angie's List to find Dentmasters of Tysons. Reviews and videos/photos on their website looked good, so I sent in a request for an estimate with pictures via email. Paul Kordon returned my email within an hour with guesstimates but suggested that I come in so that he could review in person as the pictures did not show the dents very well. I did and in about 10 minutes had a written estimate that was lower than what he had originally guessed. I scheduled the work, dropped the car off in the morning a few days later and was provided a free loaner for the day.  By 2:00, I got a call that the work was done. The end result was just short of a miracle. All of the dents have been removed, and you can not tell that they had ever been there. The car looks new again! Given this experience I would highly recommend Dentmasters of Tysons and  will use them again when the next dent comes along. Paul was great to work with and a master craftsman. Everything worked out exactly as stated - the process and results are really amazing.

Paul Kordan explained the options when  I asked for an estimate - pull out the dent including reforming the bodyline using glue pull or drilling a hole in the rear door frame so as to be able to push the dent out from inside. He suggest trying the glue pull first and indicated he thought he could achieve about a 90 to 95 percent result using this method, but that he would call me if he found it needed more.
I left the car with them when they opened at 8:00am and they provided me with a free loaner. The estimated time to complete was 4 to 6 hours. It actually took about 7 hours and was accomplished solely by the glue pull method. The final result was remarkably good particularly considering the extent of the dent. It is not perfect but you have to look very closely along the side of the panel to see very slight ripples above the bodyline where the metal had been stretched. Otherwise it looks as though the dent was never there and this was achieved without drilling, without filling, and without the need to repaint.
It was clear that Paul is a real craftsman and takes great pride in his work. Both he, JP and Brian were very professional and very pleasant to deal with.
I drove the loaner car about 25 miles and put a couple of gallons of gas in the tank just prior to taking it back because that seemed to be the right thing to do. When I told Paul I had done this he asked if I had the receipt and when I produced it he subtracted the amount from the total bill, making the loaner absolutely free. It was only a small amount but I greatly appreciated the gesture.
I can thoroughly recommend Paul and Dentmasters at Tysons for any similar work.

I was greeted by DenMaster's technician Paul K.  He was extremely knowledgeable and passionate of his trade.  He allowed me to watch him repair the ding and explained, in detail, how the procedure is done.  The job was completed in less than an hour.  I will absolutely go back to Paul and DenMaster's, Tyson's.  I highly recommend it.

I arrived and Dent Masters noticed that it was more than a simple dent that I saw. They repair work was completed very quickly and exceed my expectations. The workmanship was excellent

The two gentlemen at Dentmasters were very professional in determining an estimate for the repairs on my car.
The cost of removing the largest dent (8and quot; in diameter) was more than I was expecting ($500), but they explained the reason to me: in the case of my model car, the tail light and bumper had to be removed to access the panel for repairs. So labor was expensive.
The cost of the other dent repairs (small) was much cheaper.
The great thing about this kind of body work is that there is no painting involved.
They performed the job in less than 24 hours and checkout was a breeze. I looked over all the repairs (amazing---like new!), made payment with my credit card, and they emailed me a detailed receipt.

My experience with Dentmasters of Tysons was awesome. They were very professional the second I called on the phone. They told me when to come in, explained the estimate, and provided me with a loaner. It took a couple of hours and now no more dents.
