I have been getting service there for my 2012 FJ cruiser and 2012 Ford Expedition for the past few years. Always prompt, polite service. This time, I made an appt at a different service department close by (my mistake - close name and location) but dropped off my car as I usually do. Even though I wasn't on their schedule, they took care of me and gave me great service too boot. Will continue to use them!

We recently moved to Pennsylvania and needed my car inspected to register it to our new state. The inspection site was able to do the repairs but no matter how far we live we will be bringing our cars back to Auto Tech because of how much we trust them. Service is always excellent. Ralph Jr keeps us updated throughout the process and Ralph Sr gives us an honest and fair evaluation of what work truly needs to be done.

These guys know exactly what they’re doing when it comes to automobiles. I took my car in for a brake job, and the tech let me know that this is something I need to watch for. Not trying to sell me but generally interested in making sure my car won’t break down because he was only told to look at brakes and nothing else. Honest, reliable and good people work here.

As always, Autotech quickly diagnosed the problem and did the repair quickly and as quoted. I trust them completely with our cars.

These guys have been honest and trustworthy. I took my car to the dealer because of an alert I received. The price quoted was over $2000. I took it to AutoTech and they said I could just ignore and reset the alert. There was one small adjustment.

It's been consistently excellent. I spend between$100 and $500 per service, depending on the scope of work.

I find they are very fair, have great communication and prices.  They are pleasant to deal with.

I have never had a bad experience with them.

They do not do unnecessary work and that's what I like about them. They do a good job. They stand behind their work. They are very honest about how they deal with you. They are professional.

No problem getting an appointment. The requested work was completed to my satisfaction.

We've taken all our 3 cars to Auto Tech and they've provided great and
honest service.  They don't up sell and truly try to find problem at
hand without opting to just change out the part and thereby making the
repairs cost more.  It explains the reason why they are always busy and
you have to schedule your work a few days in advance but it's
worthwhile.

My car would not start and jumping the battery did not work. I have a high mileage vehicle and I was convinced the starter had gone bad. I had the car towed to Auto Tech on Monday even though they told me that without an appointment they might not be able to look at it for a day or two. Still, they called me Tuesday with news that only the battery connectors/lugs needed replacing and that it was not a failed starter. I had my car back that afternoon and it seems to be running just as it did before this incident. 
I will certainly bring my car back to their shop, hopefully with enough warning to make an appointment next time.

The work was done on time and at the cost quoted!  excellent braking now that this service was completed.  I would highly recommend Auto Tech of Tysons Inc

Auto Tech have been my mechanics for 17+ years and they are without a doubt the BEST shop I have ever been associated with. Outstanding service and outstanding professionalism! They have never done any unnecessary repairs for additional $$$ and always inform me when they discover something that was unknown and then make a recommendation on when we should address this new issue. Technically, they are my experts. I have sent friends and colleagues there with the same results. Ralph Sr., Jim and Ralph Jr. are the best and I will continue to go there whenever I am in Northern VA. Thanks Guys!

They completed the work in a day.  You do need to make an appointment. They are honest they only fix what needs to be fixed.  If they can't fix it they will send you somewhere else.

I took the car in early, asking Jim to check everything and to do what needed to be done with an eye on the rear brakes. My car was ready by 12:30, the above work had been done, and the rear brakes had been deemed good with over 30% life left.

Auto tech has given me excellent service for more than 20 years and has always been reasonable and fair, and left my mind at ease with confidence that a thorough and reliable job has been done. I applaud Ralph and Jim Haines.
