I selected the gas logs that best suited my preference and price range.  When Tracy was here during my initial inspection, we set the date for installation of new logs.  I e-mailed her with my choice of design.  Tracy's husband was here earlier today, on time and promptly set about with removal of the old logs and burner.  He installed the new burner and checked for leaks.  There were none.  He continued to place the new logs and embers, and ignited the flame.  He made certain that all was in good working order, and showed me how to control the flame height (manual).  My new gas logs came with an on/off remote control, and I couldn't be happier!

Tracey was wonderful! I had a horrible experience with a different company, and decided to join Angie's List and get a "real" company to repair my gas grill. Tracey answered the phone promptly, and listened to my tale of woe. She troubleshooter on the phone, reassured me that I could use the grill despite the igniter not working and walked me through manual lighting. They will be my go-to people and I would gladly recommend the. To my friends.

We had a wood burning fireplace which we wanted to have changed into a gas log fireplace.  Tracy Williams followed up on the voicemail we left about getting an estimate.  She was great at communicating with us and setting up an appointment.  Her husband Daryl came out and explained what the process would be and recommended we go to J.E. Rice hardware store in Manassas to look at the gas log sets they had there.  I went over there to pick out the one I liked best and had them order it. 
Daryl recommended that we have the chimney cleaned first because that had not been done in years.  Tracy scheduled our appointment.  Leopold Chimney came out and did a good job inspecting and cleaning the chimney.
Daryl obtained the necessary permits and did the installation.  He had to drill a hole through the wall of our house to pipe the gas from the meter to the fireplace and installed a very nice looking shut off valve. He installed the hood over the fireplace and the gas log set.  He tested for leaks and started the fireplace to make sure everything worked correctly.  He explained the workings thoroughly. 
He also took a look at the gas fireplace we had upstairs and even fixed the way we could start that one even though we had lost the remote without charging extra going above and beyond what we had hired him to do.
Tracy also scheduled the appointment for the county inspector to come out to inspect the work.
We were trying to figure out how to close the damper the next day and gave Tracy a call.  She promptly responded, asked me to send pictures to see what kind of damper it was, and gave us a solution. 
Awesome service and workmanship.  We highly recommend them.

We worked through Angie's List to get them. They were awesome! They were phenomenal. They were very responsive and they took the time to go figure out who did the install. We couldn't find the original paperwork for the install so they found everything and they just went the extra mile to make sure that everything was safe and clean. They were very good. I would definitely do business with them again. They were professional and organized. They were communicative and stubborn in solving the problem. They wanted to make sure we had the best. They really took care of us. It was coming off of the way that we had the installation, it was like night and day. If we had known them, we would do it differently with them doing the install.

The fireplace people have been exceptional. I have used them twice. They gave me a great estimate when they were here before and they honored the estimate, and I mean they did extensive work and they actually fixed some work that a prior plumber had done when the gas fire place was put in on the upstairs level and apparently there were some errors that were made and this group actually fixed those errors as part of the cost and they stayed with their estimate and they went above and beyond. I can't speak highly enough about them. I would use them anytime. They are great and excellent on everything. Remember their estimate was based from two years ago and they honored that estimate that is how honest integrity it was. She said we gave me an estimate and we will honor that.

I called to make the appointment in early December but Tracy was not available until after the first of the year.  She arrived on time in January, performed the service efficiently and to our satisfaction.

He was professional and did a really good work. He is very affordable.

If you need any type of gas service and you want a quality job at a reasonable price, Williams Services is the company to call. Daryl and Tracy are very conscientious, personable and above all professional.  They gave me a detailed estimate and were very thorough in explaining the what and how for the work required.  I was kept informed of any schedule changes (only two minor ones) and they were meticulous in their work as well as cleaning up and removing excess materials.  They also arranged for the purchase and delivery of the fire logs and gas grill, as well as recommending a quality generator contractor. Also, they made the arrangements for a new meter as well as inspections and testing.  We had absolutely no problems; we were extremely satisfied with the work performed and commend them to anyone who needs gas services.

Tracy was reliable every step of the way from returning calls as she promised, to calling to say she would be late. She worked efficiently and was attentive to keeping the work area clean, which we really appreciate. She also inspected the operation of the gas logs and made adjustments. We are moving to a new house with 2 gas fireplaces and we will definitely call Williams Services again!

I contacted the provider and she gave me some tips to try before scheduling service. The tips worked and it cost $0! Really appreciate their providing the information.

It was excellent expect that they are so swamped, it is hard to get them ever out. In the summers, they are not so swamped, which is why they came. It is a husband and wife team and she does the services but if she can't get the darn fireplaces to work, she reads instructions and figures it out unlike me. She is very good.
